Great location, staff and room cleanliness.

Posted Jul 25, 2017
Very nice location, less than 15 mins drive to almost everything. Free shuttle to 4 major locations. Parking is expensive. Hotel condition is decent, but showing age in common area as well as in room. Said accommodate 3 but need roller bed. Rate is very reasonable though. Would be nice to include free breakfast.

Convenient and adequate

Posted Jul 22, 2017
Prices of hotels proximate to Harvard and MIT suggest that an economic boom is upon visitors to the academe. In short they are outrageous. The Hyatt is convenient, clean and adequate. It lacks any charm, elevators are slow, and it could be anywhere from Tokyo to Newark. Nonetheless it does the job, is conveniently located and sufficiently well run to satisfy.

Expect a premium price

Posted Jul 18, 2017
There are few hotels in this area. Expect to pay a premium price for a nothing special room. Cleanliness and staff were fine but the room itself was dated and would go for much less in an area with even a little competition.

The hotel is living an old glory longly overdue!

Posted Jul 16, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need upgrades to improve functionality, specially the showers
Location: Boston and Cambridge are beautiful cities. The hotel has a nice view of Boston and Charles River. It is immediately neighboring the MIT campus
This is a big hotel, with a nice setup and great view to the Charles River. However, the building is old in style and the rooms need maintenance in several aspects. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food at the hotel restaurant is of limited quality and variety.

Old dated facility by the river

Posted Jul 11, 2017
Close to Fenway park and Northeastern University. Location is good and close to downtown Boston yet not right in downtown. Staff were great, but facility is old and dated. There are better hotels nearby.
