Excellent hotel

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Pet friendly
Excellent hotel, friendly to pets and well kept with luxury tweaks, such as minty-pomegranate iced tea etc

Hotel amenities were very good top to bottom. Lobby area is nice, rooms were updated and very comfortable, staff was perfect, restaurant items were creative and very well prepared.

Fabulous stay, start to finish

Posted Aug 6, 2017
We loved the low key location, with easy access to shopping, universities and sights. The staff were wonderful with recommendations. Loved the projected movies and wine reception (free). Our kids were welcomed and the rooms were comfortable. We will be back!

My son and I had a great time in Boston exploring the area as he prepares to attend Harvard Law School next month.

Great hotel on the river

Posted Jul 25, 2017
Pros: Quality rooms, hotel and staff.
Cons: AC unit in the room would only go down to 65 and the room felt as if 72 degrees with no lights on
Location: See above
Great place located just off the Charles River. There is a river canal that goes behind the hotel. You can walk along that river. The Galleria shopping mall is a 3 minute walk. Lots of jogging paths and biking you can do. Highly recommend it. The Lechemere and Science Center T-Train stops are a short 5 minute walk away.

Great experience but average standard breakfast

Posted Jul 22, 2017
Cons: Standard breakfast. The sweet pretzel and the banana chips were not that good. I loved the granola though. A espresso machine should be a standard
Location: Close to downtown. Very safe and easy for taxis or uber to get into the courtyard. Pretty quiet as well.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. Overall I liked almost everything. The only detail that disappointed me was the standard breakfast. I know that a continental breakfast in not included but the choices were pretty poor compare the class of the Hotel. Rooms are very clean, bed comfortable and staff really friendly and prepared. I will be back for sure. Loved the location and the internal courtyard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to T stations so easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. They arranged for complimentary champagne for my daughter's 21st birthday.

No Pool!

Posted Jul 12, 2017
My fault. I should have made sure that the hotel had a pool. They did not.

Great Spot to relax and explore.

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Pros: Classy and comfortable.
Cons: If coffee makers & microwaves were always included in the room, that would be nice. We asked for a coffee maker though and they brought up a Keurig!
Location: Great location! There is a subway stop pretty close to the hotel. You can walk to most Boston tourist areas, about a mile. Science Museum is 2 blocks.
We stayed here for 6 days to explore Boston and take part in the Independence Day festivities that Boston is so famous for. The staff was amazing. The hotel provides complimentary bikes, paddle boards and kayaks on a first come first serve basis to their guests. We took a sunset kayak ride that was fantastic. If we go back to Boston, we will most likely stay in this hotel again. Superb!

Nice hotel stay and accommodating staff.

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Pros: Everyday, from 5-6 pm they served all guest free glasses of wine.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a swimming/spa area for guest to relax and swim.
Location: It was so nice to leave your hotel room, walk downstairs, and take the elevator, which leads directly to the mall for shopping.
Everyone was pleasant and very informative when asking for recommendations to nearby events and locations.
