Toilet was a bit dated. Extremely basic property. Breakfast was very simple. Front desk staff especially young man at check-in was professional informative and very communicative. Young man who was serving drinks at night was soo friendly and was great at servicing on tap machine.

Ive stayed manyl times and always very nice jhowever this time was no pleasant Ibthinkbyhetevhad been dog in there as im allergic and affected me by the time i left and currently im on meds from doctor for allergies. The carpet was so dirty socks were fikthy walking on it. There was a horrible damp smell in room and was really cold too and unable to turn up the heat. The facilities for dining were awful..have gone downhill sinvy last stay at Xmas itbis awful unhygienic to have jam and honey etc with knife ifor all to use on bread looks very bad And unsafe with fo msny peopke using and wandeting around with hot drinks and plates of food NO TRAYS MRS M WEIR

Perfectly acceptable for £50 Inc breakfast but poor mattress compared to premier inns and not very much space in the room with the sofa bed extended. The plumber should be fired for placing the tap so far from the bowl!

They could not do enough for us and it was really dog friendly which I loved. My dog was allowed to have breakfast with me and sit in the Bar area. The only criticism I have is although the breakfast was okay being on hot plates. The bacon was quite tough, apart from that, all was great

Obviously a new property which i think makes all the difference. Everything looks fresher and cleaner. Breakfast rather limited and they only do scrambled eggs for your egg offering and wouldn't do me a fried egg when i asked. Bed lovely and comfy and one hard pillow and one soft which was great. Overall pretty good.

Enjoyed my stay
Reception staff were very welcoming. Our check in was smooth and informative. We were told to register our car ,the breakfast times plus info on IHG hotels. Our room was exceptionally clean & modern. tea & coffee kettle, iron,TV,hairdryer. Plenty of bath towels. I had forgotten my toothbrush but was able to get a replacement from reception. Loads of car park spaces. Breakfast was included which was nicely presented with lots of choice. Staff were professional and approachable. Well done

Lovely staff and comfy stay
Staff really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Room equipment and layout good and comfortable. Bathroom smelled musty not sure why as all appeared clean.
