10/10 in all aspects
The only problem was finding the allocated room
But i dont blame it to the staff as we arrived late
But still i believe i would suggest there should be a receptionist present there at all times 😊👍
Very nice area and quiet. Rooms were nice bit low in some places but that may have just been mine. Nice stay

The property offered value for money, was easy to get to and we took a short bus ride into the city centre.
The room was clean and relatively comfortable.
However, the check-in procedure was very confusing, with multiple emails and having to download an app, which I couldn't find a link for. The property was unattended for staff, and when we found a number to phone someone, they weren't able to explain what we had to do to get access to the hotel and our room.
The place was clean. However the basic facilities like heating is not there (especially in severe winters like these recent weeks). They switch off early in the night & switch on from 6am, even if it is swvere cold in the rooms. when asked if they have atleast some temporary heaters, person on phone said to go to 5 star hotels in town cemter. Very rude!
The property is well maintained and provides all you need without any frills which is why it is relatively cheap. My one criticism is the £50 deposit which remains as pending on your account for up to a week even though it is not going to be retained.
This property DOESN'T ALLOW handicap people or their guide dogs. My husband was told because he’s handicapped and needs a dog they wouldn’t allow us to extend. Roger the manger was very rude and seemed like he didn’t care he would be breaking the law to not allow us to stay for that reason. They also charged my debit card 13 times when I told them I would be paying on another card. To say this stay was unwelcoming is an understatement. No phones in the rooms, no soap, and no towels. Along with a questionable heater that doesn’t work. Because they willfully broke the law and told us to our face he didn’t care he was breaking the law. We DEFINITELY told him we will be pursuing this issue. We are AMERICAN and know our rights. We filed a police report and will make sure we follow up with this in a few days. You can’t tell handicap people they aren’t welcome that is against the law and the fact he didn’t care about it makes it more important that we get this out to his local government so he will never be able to turn away a handicap person, especially in my husband’s condition. He had just gotten out of the hospital in Cambridge. DONT bother to book here your not treated like a person if you have any disabilities or handicaps.
Terrible hotel…GDPR BREACH leaving all the customers names on envelopes outside building
No toiletries
Shower that doesn’t work.
Paid for an upgrade … got a worse room than my friend !!
I GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO REPLY - NO RESPONSE
Arrived at a lovely looking hotel, with easy contactless check in. Our room had been upgraded which initially seemed good, but had been moved to the main building rather than the annex, and we're on the ground floor by the stairs meaning we were woken up constantly by every arriving guest and noise. Additionally, we then didn't get a nice view of the park as we'd booked. Overall it's a nice hotel, but didn't get any sleep due to the constant loud noise all through the night.
Very pretty grounds and property. Easily accessible from the M11 but back from the road so feels peaceful and quiet.
Quick and simple check in, and clean rooms. We booked the advised nearby Three Horsehoes for dinner (with a discount for guests!) and Coton Orchard for breakfast, which were both the perfect complements to this quick country escape.
When I had trouble with the gate (my error, not the gate's!), a staff member answered my call quickly and patiently. All around a great stay

No staff on premises. Arrived in early evening and there was next to no lighting so very difficult to locate room and access building. Did not feel safe for single person.
The room needed an armchair there was nowhere to sit. The duvet was thin and smelt. There was a stain on the box base of the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable and very soft and high.
The shower had black moult in the corners.
There was only one towel.
There was no herb tea.
A 10 minute walk to Park and Ride to get a bus to city centre of Cambridge.. 7 £‘S return for two people.
Self check in. Quiet. No food as advertised and coffee machine was out of order although you could have coffee and tea in room.
Lovely view over the field with horses.
Two nice towels but no hand towels or flannels. Decent shower with good water pressure.
Room not large but adequate.
Bed decently comfortable. Cotton sheets which is always a plus.. not polyester!!
Small bar of soap and bring your own shampoo and conditioner as well as shower gel!
Ironing board and Iron in room. Clean.
Would stay again!
Excellent traditional property.
Would be nice to have breakfast facility and staff available if you needed.
The shower water flow was the best ive ever experienced.
The hotel and room were excellent.
We knew we arrived too early to check in and were about to ask if could leave car etc to head out but were interrupted to remind us check in wasn't until 3pm. Umm OK. Anyway. .we said we'd be back later that evening and asked if someone would be available when we did. Answer was yes. We gbot back to find reception locked and no-one around. Luckily another guest was there and told us what we needed (key in envelope by front door which we would have spotted eventually of course).
As said the hotel itself is really nice with only real downside being the walls were quite thin so could hear neighbours tv and conversations.

I liked it a few months ago. Last night I banged my yead 4 times. At least twice, very badly
Low ceiling in the bathroom, some small signs of warning. Not much use when are you woken up to loud noise from tge room below.
Overall was OK, but amazed that the management hasn't responded to previous comments and started supplying something more than 1 small bar of soap for the room (no shampoo/conditioner or body wash/soap for the shower) & no hand towels. Unbelievable...
