Very reasonable price, surprisingly big standard double room with a work desk & chair and big bed. Everything clean. Good shower. Noise level was fine, everything was silent by midnight. Bed was pretty hard but that's better than getting poked by springs I guess! Didn't stay for breakfast but it's just toast/cereal. Can't complain for the price though. 24hr staffed front desk. Would stay again if I had a need in the area.

Property was extremely dated, the shower was very old school. Needs modernization but for the price it was good value. Basic cold breakfast, enough to keep you going , maybe some fruit or porridge pots but stilm not bad for the price

Good value and quiet
Great price with breakfast that starts early, which works for a contractor like myself. Yes the hotel is a bit run down, but for the price and the quiet area it was in, it was all I needed.

Adequate
Very basic overnight stay. Hotel generally looks tired and is clearly in need of decoration and a revamp! Adequate room with minimal amenities. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Plenty of bread but no working toaster. Mixture of cereal options and packaged croissants.

This is the second time staying here with my 2 border collies. Its cheap and cheerful. Rooms clean and beds are comfortable especially considering dogs are allowed to stay. Breakfast is only continental and no other food is served. Vending machine with noodles etc or you can order food to be delivered or Indian buffet restaurant next door. Would be handy to have a cash machine here as couldnt do cash back as all card payments. Take away was only cash on delivery!! Easy access from A1. Overall i would stay again.

Basic but team are really helpful
Such a friendly team at this hotel, couldnt rate them high enough. Confortable room with everything you couldnpossibly need except a fridge in this heat.

Basic motel style accommodation in a very handy location just of the A1. Rooms were reasonable size and quite comfortable and everything was clean and functional. Hotel has a small bar and a games room with a pool table plus a decent Asian restaurant adjacent. Staff were friendly and helpful and the inclusive breakfast was a real bonus

All Good!
I was a bit concerned about staying here as it was so cheap... but I shouldn't have been because it was really decent. The room was clean, well decorated and well equipped and the freeview telly was big and worked well. The fixtures and fittings were a bit like a 1980s time warp but we weren't expecting a boutique hotel for the price so, frankly, it didn't matter. The breakfast was really basic but some free toast and cereal for the hungry onward traveller can only be a bonus. My only criticism was that my bed was a bit wobbly on its legs and the headboard banged against the wall... but, otherwise, all good.

Great Weekend Away.
Was attending a flyball comp about 10 mins away. Second time I have stayed here and it was great. Clean room, plenty of room for me, my daughter and the two dogs. Nice and warm. Highly recommend for sure. Stayed for 2 nights. Only one thing, they stopped the breakfast bags to take away. Which was a shame cause when you have to be at the comp early, breakfast was lot ready to take.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, fixtures and fittings a little worn in places. But bear in mind this is a budget stay, and for the price it was still excellent value for money. As a place to sleep overnight it was more than adequate, and would return again.

Property is very basic and dated. The bathroom was old and small. The shower could be bigger and be updated or not have a shower curtain as it makes the area very small. The was only 1 double plug socket in the whole room which was disappointing. The breakfast was cereal and toast, which was OK. Bed was small, smaller than a double bed. Which for 2 people was a small.

Great from outside - not great inside
Hotel looks stunning from the outside, but rooms are really dated, bathroom was covered in mould and the shower had absolutely no power. Room was cleanish, very basic, TV was pointless, windows rattled. Such a shame as the outside and the nice quite bar were stunning. Definitely a budget hotel, no frills type.
