Amazing hosts, beautifully furnished property, delicious breakfasts.
Real personal touches at the Camden Maine stay, Janice & Peter go above & beyond to make you feels welcome & your stay as comfortable as can be.
Our night at the Maine Stay Inn was the best of our entire holiday. Right from the start, Janis provided the most lovely welcome, and gave us a tour of the incredible house. Our room was cosy with a very comfy bed, nice toiletries and everything was very clean and light. The homemade cookies were gorgeous as was the breakfast in the morning (amazing coffee!).
Janis gave us helpful tips about the area (Camden is wonderful, I wish we had had a week there!) and checked dinner places were open for us. She was so lovely to talk to and made the whole stay feel like a home from home.
I can't recommend this Inn enough, it's an absolute gem in a fantastic location!
Excellent accommodations, breakfast and location. Extremely personable inn keepers. Room, bed, and bath were fantastic. Loved our stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Camden!
Janice and Peter were amazing hosts. Their residence is amazing, not a detail missed! A beautiful three minute walk to the town of Camden. The breakfast was wonderful. They truly have pride of ownership and have every right to be proud of their Inn.
The only downside is the Inn is on a bit of a busy street. But the noise was not too bad. I would definately stay here again.
What an amazing house. Built in 1802. Janis was very welcoming and showed us around. Large gardens with ample parking. The room was very pretty with a sink and ensuite shower. Location ideal,a short walk into the pretty harbour town of Camden. We ate breakfast the next morning which was delicious. Fresh fruit and orange juice followed by homemade baking. Janis advised us on tourist points of interest such as driving to the top of the mountain for panoramic views of the town and coast. No tv but we had WiFi so not an issue.
This was a lovely B&B, the home was built in 1802. The hosts Peter and his wife Janice were great. The breakfast was unbelievable! It’s in a great location about 10 minute walk to town .
The best things about the Camden Maine Stay Inn were the kindness and hospitality of the owners Janice and Peter, the breakfasts and the proximity to Main St.where the shops and restaurants are located. However, I highly recommend one of the guest rooms in the back of the house as the street noise is very noisy in the front of the house. There are many beautiful and quiet rooms in the back with beautiful garden views.
