The reception staff were extremely helpful when we arrived early. The menu offered for light meals etc in reception were lovely and the staff very ploite and helpful.
This was my first stay near the centre of London we have been before but stayed further away on the outskirts . I had my 3 Grandsons with my age from 9 to 12. The hotel catered for us all round, the swimming pool was good also. If you don’t mind a 10 minute walk to kings cross station then this hotel ...
Great hotel and staff, great location to access the city’s sites. The tube is located very close to the hotel. Great location to walk throughout the neighborhood and into the city center.

Great location (for us, at least) and generally a reasonable price for a London hotel (typically in the £150 region). Hotel ...
Always love all the Firmdale hotels. Ultimate in style, coziness and comfort. Rooms smell great, and have stunning fabrics and a lot of warmth. Bathrooms are luxe with heated towels and lovely products.
Second stay in this great hotel staffed by caring people with amenities that are second to none. Firmdale does it right wherever they do it.

The hotel was excellent within comfortable walking distance of Museums, theatres and Covent Garden. We walked from Victoria Station in 50 mins! We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
My Bloomsbury was perfect. We came here as our first stop on our honeymoon. The staff left us a little gift of baked goods on arrival, along with a beverage. Hotel was located within walking distance of many beautiful sites. Lots of cafes very near to the hotel also. Staff very helpful and recommendations ...
Rooms well appointed not huge but perfectly fine for city centre weekend with chums. Location was great for theatres, sights, transport and nightlife.
