"I have stayed in many hotels and many of the same “chain”. I have to say this hotel had some of the best, most polite staff and had positivity everywhere! My banana at breakfast even had positive attributes written on it! The coffee cups had all different silly “props” on them! So cute! The room also smelled incredible! Thank you for your stay and thank you to the amazing maintenance guy who helped get tools for my car when my battery decided not to work well! He hardly spoke English and was so patient with me trying to explain what I needed and how to help! You were all incredible! "
