Horrible hotel!

Long waiting time to check in! The employee kept talking to her friend while we were waiting! She was so careless! Dirt room! I booked nonsmoking room, however when I got into my room it smelled horrible! I notified the employee and she said that what we have!!! Besides, I found private things on floor next to the bed! Phone was soaked with juice or beer! I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Stains in the ceiling! Smoky smell in a non smoking room! Blood stained sheets! Broken toilet seat! Bad customer service. I was stuck at that room cus the other rooms were worst according to staff. I was stuck at that hotel because of budget. Once we got the bed together it was comfy. Cable worked, air worked. Water worked. Very basic necessities met but was not worth the cost.

Pros: THE VALUE
Cons: PAINTING AND LIGHT REPAIRS
Location: GOOD FOR AIR BASE AND LIGHT RAIL
FOR THE MONEY IT WAS OK. IT NEEDS ALOT OF FINE TUNING TO MAKE IT RECOMMENDABLE.

Not a bad place to stay and it is close to 495 and some fast food and delivery places.

Broken shower faucet so no shower

Called front desk to tell them no services and they still came and serviced the room anyway. Then when I call to tell front desk about the shower faucet they didn't come to check or call back to fix the problem or give me the opinion of another room. Poor customer service
