“Loved staying here. Everything was in walking distance. Charming clean cottage. Loved sitting out in the early mornings in the porch and watching the birds. Don’t pass on breakfast at Zelda’s on the beach. A short walk - no car needed. Also check out sunsets at Sunset beach. At short drive away. The cottage is local to everything!”

“Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was……
