"Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay."

"When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. "The house was very dirty, cockroaches on the counters, mice running from the living room to the kitchen. We had to buy cleaning products and deodorants for the furniture. Had towels but no wash cloths, no towels for the kitchen. No pillow cases. Kitchen garbage can was filthy. Overall a disappointing experience. Would never book here again. "

The host was slow to communicative before the trip when we requested an hour earlier check in and ultimately we could not check in any earlier than 4pm, which was fine for us at the time. When we got there we noticed some cleanliness issues like pet hair all over the floors, spider and spiderwebs in the sink for example. And then after we left one of the guests in our group noticed bug bites all over his body which we believe are from bed...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay. We were there when the temps were a bit higher and let the property owners know of a fan issue and they came in the next day and brought in new fans. Made our stay more comfortable. The only issue is the parking is a bit wonky as there was no parking in front of the main home and had to park around the corner. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay."
