“Great facilities Poorly managed”

“Horrible. Ils ont coupé l’électricité à 22h et ont mis le groupe électrogène…. Un avion: 90 décibels,dehors 80 décibels à la porte de notre chambre, 65 à l’intérieur. J’ai mesuré avec une application. “Pour 2h ont ils dit” Nous l’avons eu toute la nuit! Impossible de dormir évidemment! Un enfer! Incompréhensible! Et nous reprenions pour une longue route le lendemain. On n’ a pas un hôtel quand on a une telle nuisance sonore. Fuyez! J’ ai encore mal à la tête. ”

“The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. They brought me back the broken one and said just to leave it turned on and plug it in like that it’ll work fine. When I’m paying good money for a beautiful hotel room with a……

“nice view, pool and property. friendly kind staff helpful staff. convent restaurant on property. direct open access with kayaks and lounge chairs. quite and peaceful area. comfortable bed slept great. rooms outdated but enjoyed our stay and would come back again!”
