We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Florence. Everything about the hotel is first class. Clean rooms, nice rooftop view and pool, good breakfast, nice location on the Arno river. It is not right in the middle of the city, but we enjoyed the short walk to the shops and restaurants.

From the moment we arrived the hotel made us feel very special and welcome. The hotel is perfectly located to see all that Florence has to offer and is very modern, clean and comfortable.
They can't do enough for u and the free mini bar, complementary food plus free drink on arrival, are all nice touches that make this hotel very special.

We were very pleased to be upgraded to a junior suite for free. The staff were lovely and the hotel had charm. The only downside was the temperature; we had to ask for the heating to be turned off, and we needed the windows open to keep cool enough to sleep, but this made the room very noisy. The air conditioning doesn't come on in March! This was the only downside for us. And we met one of the cats, who was really sweet.

"CLOSE TOTHE DOME AND ALL IMPORTANT PLACES TO VISIT"
OUR FIVE DAYS IN FLORENCE WERE VERY INTERESTING (OUR THIRD VISIT TO THIS CITY) EXCEPT WE HAD TWO RAINY DAYS AND A COLD SPELL AND THE HOTEL HAD NOT YET TURNED ON THE HEAT. ALSO THE CROWDS OF VISITORS WAS AMAZING WHICH REMINDED ME OF FIFTH AVENUE IN NEW YORK.LONG LINES EVERYWHERE WHICH WE DID NOT EXPECT IN OCTOBER.

While it is right above a busy shopping street so the rooms can get noisy if the Windows are open, the hotel is an oasis of large, pleasant, immaculate rooms and excellent staff. It is in a great location, near enough to walk to all the major sites, including the Duomo, the Uffizi, etc. The breakfast offers a wide range of foods, hot and cold. My only quibble is that the rooms are a bit dark--dark wallpaper and not enough lighting. Generally, it was a very pleasant stay and we'd definitely go back.

"A very nice hotel with very helpful friendly staff"
The hotel itself and its staff were a delight. The only drawback was its position, being quite difficult to find by car. The only walkable facilites such as restaurants are in a main shopping centre close by, so its really a car journey to get restaurants and bars.
