The payment process was so nice, with electronic bracelet. The food was delicious, since breakfast, lunch and dinner. Improvement can be the swimming pool temperature, can be little warmer.

Ótimo hotel, com diversas opções de lazer, tanto a piscina próxima do lobby quanto a piscina próximas das quadras eram excelentes, as refeições oferecidas foram muito boas com grande variedade de cardápio.

Some common areas in need of upgrade such as children’s pool, indoor kid’s play area and definitely the guest rooms (older carpeting) although very clean and spacious. Overall good stay with lots of activities, well organized, good food in quality and variety at the food court and nice property natural setting and layout. Good family fun and relatively better priced and less crowded than competitors in the area. Recommended for weekend or long weekend family getaways and I am sure it is popular for corporate events.

Atibaia resort
Was in town for a wedding. Recommended as a good place for us to stay. Great resort if you don’t want to leave the property and just relax. I’m not general fan of buffets- but the quality and variety of food was excellent. Room was large and quiet if a little dated. Would come back. Pool was lovely and we often had it to ourselves

Fabulous experience. It was so fantastic, we even booked an extra night at the end to enjoy a little bit more all the amenities, the great food, courteous staff. We would like to express in particular our appreciation for the excellent attention and support of the waiters and waitresses Aparecido, William, Luciene, and Patricia. Uou pay for all incluse, but they charge tou lunch, because they want you to have it on the way out, after you did the chek out, so when you get there, dont eat lunch or they will charge you an expensive lunch.

Amazing hotel!!! Loved it, can't wait to go back!
We were expecting a weekend of running around with our daughter, no rest for mom and dad! Right after the check-in (which was busy but still pretty fast) we registered our 6yo daughter and took her to the Kids 2 group, the monitors were amazing, caring and dedicated to the kids in such a way I've never seen before, our daughter loved her time with the group, so much she cried while hugging one of the monitors when we were leaving on Sunday afternoon. The room was great, spacious and clean. The food was amazing, we got a few extra pounds on this trip for sure. There was also plenty of activities for adults, my wife and I had a great time. It was the prefect weekend, can't wait to go back!!!

Hotel excelente para viagem com crianças. Diversão para todas as idades. A piscina infantil coberta e a que fica ao ar livre são ótimas e as crianças adoram. quadras bem cuidadas, capela com missa aos domingos, brinquedotecas para todas as idades. Como era feriado, e o hotel estava lotado, os elevadores demoravam um pouco e o restaurante ficava mais tumultuado.

A comida é o ponto alto deste hotel! Os funcionários são muito comprometidos e cordiais. Área de lazer em boas condições e recreação bem animada. Melhorias: tempo de check in (foi 1h de fila e havia apenas 5 famílias antes da nossa, poucos funcionários para atender as 3h da tarde no domingo) e o bar da piscina Gran Pool também estava lento, como poucos funcionários trabalhando nos 3 dias que estivemos lá.

Tauá dá de 10 a zero!
Olha, o Taua da de 10 a zero. O parque indoor do Taua é bem maior e é mais fechado(não venta). Tem aquele rio circular e bar molhado isolado, bem mais legais que o Bourbon . A piscina mais aquecida do Taua também é bem mais bonita e maior. No Bourbon tem Muitas subidas e descidas para acessar as áreas de recreação. Ou você espera o trenzinho (podendo passar frio) ou enfrenta uma subida daquelas com filho no colo ou no carrinho. Os restaurantes do Taua tem maior variedade de comidas e sobremesas, principalmente os infantis e no Taua não tem tanta demora no tráfego de elevadores pois eles só levam aos apartamentos não conflitando com outras “Atraçoes” incluindo centro de convenções. Fui no final de semana do dia 6/10 e estava tendo uma convenção de uma empresa e estava o caos! Filas enormes nos elevadores. Também não nos deixaram acessar o restaurante “de adulto” por causa do evento da empresa, e ficamos só com o menu infantil (que eram só duas mesas. a de sobremesa, bem pequena). Já cheguei a ir no taua quando tinha feiras de negócios e o serviço para os hóspedes não foi comprometido. A cereja do bolo foi que o serviço de manobristas é muito desorganizado. Perderam a chave do nosso carro e de outros hóspedes e perdemos cerca de 1 hora na espera. Minha esposa ficou super irritada e mesmo alguns gerentes ficavam só olhando. No final, ela achou a chave após insistir muito em procurar. Sinceramente, acho que poderiam ter oferecido algum agrado para compensar.

Estivemos no Bourbon Atibaia por uma semana, o hotel é excelente, fazem de tudo para que sua experiência de hospedagem seja perfeita. O único porém é que não tem tantas atrações a ponto de fazer você ficar uma semana, é um hotel para 3 ou 4 noites no máximo começando na sexta feira, já que nos finais de semanas é muito melhor a parte de alimentação e entretenimento. O regime de alimentação é café Almoço e jantar, com sucos e refrigerantes a vontade, exceto bebidas alcoólicas.
