Toalhas de pensão de rodoviária e nem de perto de um hotel decente . Torneiras da pia vazando sobre a bancada e tudo realmente muito velho e não renovado . Definitivamente um hotel 2.5 para 3 estrelas . Mas muito, muito longe de um 4 estrelas como anuncia .

Good hotel but not what you expect from a 4-star
It’s not a bad hotel, I would recommend to a friend. However, it shouldn’t be a 4-star hotel. It’s good for a quick stay, but the beds were kinda old and uncomfortable.

This should not be considered as a 4 star hotel. It is an old hotel. There is snot always someone there to help and carry the suitcases up the stairs from the street. In our first room the safe was not working. The table lamps by the bed were not working. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. After we asked to change rooms we found similar problems in the new room, with the exception of the electrical outlet in the bathroom. There are no drinking cups in nay of the rooms. There is a small refrigerator but you have to provide your own drinks. There is no ironing board or iron in any of the rooms. You have to ask for there items. For most of our 10 day stay the breakfasts were were more like a continental breakfast than a full buffet breakfast. On our last day they suddenly provided more choices for breakfast. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful when needed.

The location is very good close to everything you need when traveling. The hotel is good but the bedding sheets and towels are very old, some even with holes in it. My room was facing the back of the hotel so it was quiet outside, but there were a lot of noises coming from the hallway and the bathroom. When people use any kind of water in the bathrooms it can be heard on the rooms next to it. You can hear the elevator even if your room is the last one on the hallway . The rooms doors are heavy and makes a lot of noises when people slam them. Breakfast ok but not so many variety.

As instalações do hotel são antigas. Os funcionários não atendem bem os hóspedes, o atendimento deixou a desejar. O café da manhã possuía pouca variedade, a comida não estava saborosa. Os ameneties eram antigos, qualidade ruim também.

The room was extremely clean and the linen fresh. The Hotel staff is friendly and speak English no problem. Don’t forget to check the roof top pool where you can order food or drinks from the menu in the bar.

Nice hotel in a great location
We used to live in Campinas. This hotel served our purpose well for a return visit to see friends. It is located near restaraunts, grocery stores and Saturday morning Hippy Fair. Malls are also relatively close.

Mediocre Hotel
This hotel is too expensive for what it is offering. The room is clean and sort of bare. The faucet is leaky. The most uncomfortable part about this hotel is that the room stays hot with the air conditioning blasting the entire night. Everything else is mediocre but definitely not worth the money.

Comfortable, Friendly Hotel
Though it doesn't stand out from the pack this hotel is nonetheless comfortable and perfectly OK. I had a junior suite and the room was above average size with a huge bed which found just a little to hard (typical in Brazil). The shower was excellent as was the large TV. The Breakfast buffet was good. Most staff spoke a little English with front desk service proficient speakers. The surrounding area was heavily tagged with grafitti so I didn't venture out at night. A supermarket is within walking distance as are 1-2 restaurants.

Independentemente do conforto e do bom atendimento, acho que pela grandeza do hotel ele deveria oferecer aos hóspedes uma Internet melhor. A rede oferecida é de péssima qualidade e completamente insegura. Não se pode fazer nenhum trabalho durante a hospedagem, utilizando-se a internet.
