Imagine waking up on a warm summer day, a good coffee on the veranda, a towel, and now dive into the water! This is the privilege of staying in our villa! Welcome to VILLECEFALU.  
  
In a fenced area, with a private gate, this commendable 110 sq m villa comprises:  
First level: Garden and large private veranda, connecting to the living room and kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy your meals outdoors, surrounded by greenery. 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (with shower); Living/dining room with 2 double sofa beds; Kitchen;  
An external staircase leads to the second, semi-attic level: Terrace, also private, with table, chairs, loungers, and barbecue; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom; Another kitchen-living room with 2 single beds; Attic storage room.  
Available amenities include: Wi-Fi, 2 private parking spaces within the residence, 4 air conditioners, 2 washing machines, 2 televisions, outdoor shower, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryers, and beach umbrellas.  
  
\- ⚠️ PRICE INCLUDES: Villa, Wi-Fi, energy costs, final cleaning, 2 private parking spaces within the residence. Additional vehicles can also be parked outside in a non-paying area.

Heerlijke ruime accommodatie met twee goede terrassen en grote tuin. Altijd een goede plek buiten om in schaduw of zon te zitten, in of uit de wind.Schoon!Prima keukenfaciliteiten.Goed contact met eigenaar. Uitgebreide informatie aanwezig met QR-code map te downloaden met suggesties, echt top!Een hele fijne uitvalsbasis tijdens onze vakantie met veel ruimte voor iedereen.Ook goede plek om leuke uitstapjes/ rondritten te maken en het dichtbijgelegen Cefalu is echt een plek om meermaals te bezoeken voor strand, eten, winkelen, bezienswaardigheden.Wij kunnen VilleCefalu van harte aanraden!

Unable to see the beach from residence but common for the area. 3 minute walk to the shore and was awesome. Clean clean clean and the host MariaLuisa and her father Pietro were amazing!!! We did not have a rental car upon arriving and Pietro took us to the market to gather a few essentials. MariaLuisa helped us arrange for a car. Tip...you need a car. Not a van for this location because its about a mile from the grocer or train station. Absolutely loved this place and our hosts. Highest Recommendation. Grazie....until we meet again

#### Merveilleux sejours

A notre arrivée le propriétaire était là. Très bon feeling...sympa et accueillant. Jolie maison et spacieuse. Propreté irrégulière. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjours. Le site est mignon . La mer à quelques pas. Allez y ...les gens y sont accueillant souriant et de bonne humeur.

#### Schöne Villa nur 200m vom Meer

Schöne Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Wohn/Schlafräumen, wunderschöner Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Abgeschlossenes Wohngebiet, wo die Kinder sehr schön spielen können. Auto empfehlenswert. Cefalù, nur 10km entfernt- sehr empfehlenswert.

Séjour très agréable nous concernant. Logement au calme, proche d'une plage peu fréquentée, trop agréable. Appartements porpres et bien entretenus, équipés correctement à part le frigo qui ne refroidissait pas (un nouveau est arrivé le jour avant notre départ !), Nous n'avons pas vu la piscine....entrée payante, bonnets de bain obligatoires!! La végétation entourant les maisons est bien conçue, bien entretenue. La douche externe a été fort appréciée. Céfalù est une magnifique petite bourgade.
