Everything was great the only thing was that the bathroom was small the sink was almost in my face when sitting in the toilet. Besides that everything was excellent!

First off, this should be listed as a hostel and not a hotel. It was fairly clean, but it is extremely small... in terms of both the lobby/communal area and the rooms themselves. There are zero amentites besides towels and bed linens. The "family apartment" isn't really that, it's a small room with twin beds lined up so if you have luggage be prepared to try to stash it somewhere you can easily walk around (hint: you can't). I would rate this higher due to it feeling clean, but for the rate I paid I'm still astonished with what we got.

Nice simple hotel. Beds are twin size. Rooms are standard european size. Very close to alot of things including starbucks lol. Hotel is good for a quick 1 night stay to rest. Nothing spectacular but had everything we needed

Hi i booked here and they charged me more then it said here on hotel.com when i arrived. also the room was smaller then what it says here on the website. i called hotels.com and they didn't want to help me so dont stay at this place

The room is soooooo small you can barely move inside, especially if you have luggage. There were also no windows in the room, only a small one facing a common area inside the hotel where people gather and have coffee or eat their meals and not outside. The place is actually a hostel, and not really a hotel. The worst part though is there are two cats walking around this common area, which is where people eat and drink! That is definitely not clean. In the morning, the place smells like cat and cat piss.

Very convenient location to everything, just had an issue with a leak from the ceiling in my room, the young lady at the desk said she would take something off my room but she was not on duty when I checked out the gentlemen didn’t know anything about it. But I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing location & Valuable price
The whole hotel is made it with dry-wall (paper walls) so it’s really noisy if you get the room next to the stairs and/or if your upper neighbours don’t behave. The hotel is really well located, 2 blocks only from the party area but still located in a quiet zone, it have next door a bicycle rental service really nice, the staff is really supportive. Notice that this hotel have elevator and no A/C on the rooms. It’s not allowed to smoke inside the rooms. They provide free coffee and tea in the basement BUT if you’re allergic to cats don’t go there. The staff should ask the clients to NOT use the stairs after 10pm because they’re really noisy, people can/should use the elevator instead.

Avoid double basement rooms
Staff are lovely, cats are great but location of my double room was in the communal kitchen area. Just a stud wall between you and kitchen. Only window in room on to communal area and no air conditioning. I advise avoid room. I did ask to be moved but no rooms available and manager emailed standard reply about everyone has different expectations of a room. I expected clean, which I got, and it to be quiet not to be woken by staff having a catch up and generally not trying to be quiet. I

I stayed at this property for three nights and it was disappointing. Our room was small but you do get what you paid for, however as a group of girls we did not feel safe. On arrival the staff at the desk were not friendly at all and did not go through anything with us. We were on the third floor and were not shown the fire exit and i believe there was not any cause there was no fire exit signs (we realised this after the fire alarm went off on the third night at 3am in the morning). There was constant knocking at our door through the night and when we asked staff at the desk she said it was the maid however when we told her the maid had already cleaned she said “oh yeah it was me”, clearly tried to cover how unsafe this hotel was. The only thing positive i can say is its in the centre.

The only thing we liked about this hotel is the proximity within major tourist attractions. It was all within walking distances however there is also the tram links for those don’t want to be walking. The hotel was not the cleanest, non-soundproof rooms meant you could be waking up couple of times during the night due to your neighbours making a racket in the early hours. The room was fairly decent sized. It’s decent for a nights rest as we were out early in the morning and late in the evening. So we was not in the hotel much. Next door to a bike rental place which is very convenient 18 euros for 24 hours. Tea and coffee supplied till 10pm each day for free. No aC means if its really hot you’ll be toasting.

Booked last minute, got a small room in the basement with no windows other than a skylight. Maids were great at cleaning, making bed, and providing clean towels. Check-in was effortless.

Overall ok place to stay.
Receptionist was very helpful and tried his best to check us in before the checkin time at 3. Could do without carrying all our luggage up the stairs though. Also the walls were a bit thin as you can hear people going up and down the stairs. Other than that the room served its purpose and we were able to get some rest during our 2 day stay. Location was convenient, it was near a lot of food areas.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable for us to sleep from whole day tour. The only thing is no space for our luggage to sit and reception area is very tight. Also quite noisy from other room but no problems at all because we were tired and able to sleep.
