Amazing hotel ..character and style ...

Pros: The staff and the style
Cons: Kettle in room
Location: Everything is near by a,museums ,dam square ect ...
We had four days at this hotel ,and I must say it is the best hotel I ever stayed in ...the staff were amazing attentive and there if you need anything...24 hour smoking room with cigars to sell ...I was ill and they got me my medicine when I ran out ... 10/10 will recommend this hotel to everyone....loved it xxxx

Lovely hotel in great position.

Wonderful time was had by my wife and I 8th and 9th Feb 2018. Hotel is in walking distance of all tourist spots and also the quieter Southern and western canals. Staff were all very helpful. Room 524 with its wonderful views was a joy. Will be back soon.

Great Hotel In perfect Location

Our stay was fantastic. The service could not have been better from the moment they held our bags prior to check-in, to our quick and easy check-out. We were greeted by Jordan at the door, who took care of our bags, then showed us to our room (that we were we able to check in early), to discussing all things Amsterdam. He made us feel very welcomed and that level of service continued throughout our 4 night stay. A small cautionary note is for extras like car service to and from the airport, and canal rides, their rates are considerably more then outside services, which are plentiful. We hope to return soon!

Amazing and Lovely

Beautiful hotel situated on a corner setting. Gorgeous views, courteous and thoughtful staff was a certain plus! We will definitely be returning again. Luxury awaits you!

Great location

We stayed in this hotel for 2 night Evening was great except breakfast! It’s crime to payed €90 for breakfast off quality and choice some local BB Very bad!!Coffe taste like free top up coffee in USA What I don’t expect in Europe Would stayed in hotel but skip breakfast!!

Brilliant hotel in brilliant location

Pros: Views and heated floors in bathrooms!
Cons: Breakfast buffet. More choice, more items, and lower cost!
Location: Everything is nearby. The canal is minutes away and you are right in the heart of Amsterdam.
Just returned from spending a wonderful 5 days at this hotel over Christmas. The staff, location (!), hotel and serve were all impeccable. I don't think I've ever slept in a more comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were superb with heated floors. One evening I had a headache and the hotel sent up ibuprofen and refused to accept any payment. Most other 5+ hotels would have charged me a fortune for delivery alone. The bar is also delightful and lively and if you like cigars, there is also a cigar bar. The best part of this hotel is its location. You can eat breakfast overlooking the canal. Speaking of breakfast, this is the only element of our stay that was slightly disappointing. While you can get your eggs any way you want, the remainder of the buffet is lacking in choice and at €42 a head, it is extortionately expensive. After trying it once, we started going to a nearby coffee and breakfast bar. All in all, it was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

The hotel is amazing. I have stayed all over the world. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was ALL friendly and accommodating. I wish I had more time to stay. The room was quiet, lovely, clean and comfortable. The lobby lounge was beautiful and had a nice menu with very tasty and innovative beverages. The location of the hotel was wonderfully located close to everything. When I requested late check out, it was granted with pleasure. I highly recommend this place....HIGHLY!!
