Lovely property with character. The staff were very helpful. Beautiful gardens and dining in those gardens. Area was convenient to get to from the airport and via tram to major attractions.

Welcoming staff on arrival/ check-in. Good location for getting around central Amsterdam. Interesting way the traditional buildings had been integrated around courtyards, giving a unique feel. Rooms decorated to a high standard and high level of comfort, with individual touches such as the picture on the wall giving the history of the original house/ building in which the room was located. Spotlessly clearn throughout. Good outside seating areas (although we couldn't make much use of them in the cold/ wet March weather).

Another wonderful stay at the Pulitzer Amsterdam. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable & quiet with attentive staff who happily care for your needs. Room service was quick & delicious. Would highly recommend.

Truly an amazing hotel. My wife and I had a great experience here. The front desk and bar staff were top notch. This is a hotel that lives up to the ratings. 10/10 without question. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Comfortable bed, wonderful Bar (and staff, especially Lily) . They overheard it was our anniversary and surprised us with champagne and chocolates in our room. They really made our trip special. Will be back for sure. Our new stop in wonderful Amsterdam

The staff went above and beyond to help, they were amazing. The property as a whole is extremely unique, and my room was beautiful. No detail seemed to be too small. Very convenient and easily walkable wherever you want to go. Also, if you want a canal tour by boat then use the hotel's canal boat. Might be a tad more expensive than the regular tour boats but you'll not regret it. Very luxurious

Amazing hotel!, wow! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the professional staff (everyone speaks fluent English it seems) to exploring the property to the incredible and well appointed room, this hotel is my top choice for Amsterdam! The location is perfect, great walking distance to everything, the property is unbelievable, so much charm, history and elegance all wrapped up in one hotel! I forgot my ipad in the room, and about 30 mins after i checked out, they called me indicating they found it and were storing it until I could come back and retrieve it, phew! Would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely being staying here on future business trips!

I have stayed at the Pulitzer three times now over the last couple years. The hotel is truly unique and quirky, which adds to its charm. Now that the quirkiness has worn off, it’s just not real comfortable. There is very bad insulation between rooms because of the old buildings, so you hear people above and below and if you have a canal view room, lots of street noise. Also, because of the different levels of the buildings the hallways are an endless series of stairs. Initially, fun, now just a pain. I will try someplace different next time.

The Pulitizer is a unique design putting together rooms from what were formerly many private homes. This leads to some "ups and downs" in hallways but it is attractive and unique. The staff was wonderful and the food in the cafe was very good. We would go back.
