Stayed here on our way home from Michigan. Beds were comfy ( I have a bad back) , breakfast was good ( waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy....) clean & located by many stores & resturants. Staff was super friendly! I will stay here again!

A good stay

My stay was simple, checked in and just about immediately passed out when I got to my room. Shower was nice and hot and I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed having eggs, biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Bathrooms are like closets have to nearly step in to tub to close door!! Front desk lied to me about security deposit. Was told would be available when i checked out, at check out i found it won't be available for 3-5 business days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also they have the smallest pillows on the bed i have ever seen very uncomfortable .

We are sorry for the misunderstanding of the deposit. When guest book online thru a third party, we don't have any of your information. It says on their site that the hotel will ask for a deposit at check in for incidental charges, smoking or damages. I have reviewed the refund policy with the staff.

Best Western Stay

Great location surrounded by restaurants you could literally walk to within minutes, clean great customer service. Jacuzzi room was awesome and the room as a whole was clean

People were pleasant. Room was notbas clean as I would expect the small pillows were annoying as well

The beds were old and terrible to try to sleep on

Pros: Nothing except being the closest to our event. Next we will drive a few more miles to a decent hotel
Cons: Everything
Location: Good location and that is all
.they had no rollaway beds they said the workers are using all of them. The room smelled old and musky. We paid way to much to stay in a lea bag hotel!

The staff and management want to apologize for not having roll away's available for you. They were being used by other guest during the same time you were here. We tried our best to accommodate you but we don't promise roll away's.
