It was okay. The rooms are small but at least the air conditioning works really well. Not many amenities, bare minimum hotel. Rooftop pool was nice and had a good view. The customer service was so so, sometimes the staff acted like we were bothering them, like by asking for a taxi. I don't think I would go back.

- Staff needs much more training. - They tried to force us to move to another hotel of the same company, some blocks away, saying that there was a problem with our room and we lost almost two hours discussing. - They said it was Orbitz fault and I said I didn't care at all and I wouldn't stay in a different hotel (which, by the way, was cheaper and far from the sea). - They tried to do the same thing with another couple at the same time. - Breakfast was regular. - The cleaning service wasn't good. The room is clean, but the lady forgot many times to replace towels and she also ate some of our chocolates. - Parking is free, but the capacity is only for 5 cars (out of almost 60 rooms in the hotel). - Location is good, but not awesome. Next time I'll try Jurerê Internacional. - Nevertheless, Florianópolis is a very nice city and I intend to go back. - Since the problem with Luisa Palace is much more related to the staff and management, rather than the structure or location, they can improve, but they have to invest A LOT on training programs for their employees.

estaba cerrado me arruinaron las vacaciones y eso que llame 3 veces antes de vencer el plazo para anular la reserva en ningún momento me dijeron que estaba cerrado me nos mandaron a otro hotel nada que ver el desayuno muy malo todo desastroso

Absurdo que não tem estacionamento, não dá pra deixar na frente do hotel é zona rotativa, a TV é de tubão, café da manhã bem servido e os atendentes são bem atenciosos.O local e muito próximo da praia m, quem quer ficar uns dias e só ir a praia e perfeito.

Horrível, funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar, nada funciona (piscina, wifi, janelas não abrem e quebradas ) dizia que tem estacionamento grátis mas é mentira...

Em geral foi boa! O desagradável foi que quando fiz a reserva, me passaram o numero da minha suite e quando chegamos, tinham trocado por outra sem aviso! Com relação ao atendimento, na recepção foi ótima e o café da manha muito bom!

Hotel com boa localização, atendimento ótimo, garagem. Tudo conforme combinado.
