I think the back door from the car park opening automatically is a security risk, you should have to use your key to open it, as it is, anybody can walk in. Would have liked the restaurant to be open on weekends

It was good that we were on the side of town we needed to be for traveling the next morning without having to drive through Canberra city. The room and facilities were good and the restaurant was handy and the staff pleasant.

Stay was pleasant and very straightforward. Problem with TV, selecting channels. Resolved with help of night manager, who offered good self-resolution advice and provided alternate remote on request, which largely resolved the problem.

Unfortunately there is not enough car parkinhg area to the entrance . Also they should have the milk replenished each day . There was not much milk to hsve several cups of tea or coffee. Other than those 2 things stay was very enjoyable

Staff were very accommodation, friendly and available. Some parts of the Motel are beginning to show age, eg, the bed frame was fraying at floor level. The fridge had a broken freezer compartment and the bedside light switch was faulty.

Rooms are very basic. Bathroom was beyond small and you can barely even sit on the toilet!! The breakfast was also very basic. The bar staff were very nice and helpful though.

I was very impressed with my room, it was lovely. Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and more than willing to offer help. I am travelling for a few weeks, so i have my car pretty full, I was very grateful to have help, from the lady with the big trolley to bring my things in from the car. I highly recommend staying here, my room was very reasonably priced too. the pool is really nice, look for the steps into it because they are there. Superior service. Very happy with my stay, and look forward to my weekend there again next weekend too.

Clean room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small and dated but did the job. Hotel short drive from CBD. Pleasant staff. Great parking. Overall a good hotel for one night. Only thing I’d say that would have been better was if the gym opened earlier than 8am so people can get a morning workout in before their day starts, we were surprised it opened this late being so close to a CBD.
