Check in was a little frustrating. The code we were given to access the security parking did not work despite multiple attempts. When we reported this to reception, we were told that the code we’d been given was definitely the correct one and the sensor was most likely malfunctioning. We resorted to parking our car in the outdoor car par. When we reported the issue again to reception the next day, it was discovered we’d been given the incorrect code at check in.

Great parking options. Receptionist was very busy and by themselves during a busy check in period. Would suggest having extra support during key check in hours in the afternoon.

Great location. Lovely accommodation. Clean, cheap bar, staff were so helpful and courteous. The only thing i didnt like were the really heavy bedclothes in summer and a soft, unsupportive bed. Not a good bed. Way too soft.

Canberra museum visit
I and my husband traveled to Canberra to visit various museums. The Ramada hotel we stayed was clean and spacious. The bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The breakfast service was good .

The bed/ mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on since I can remember. There was a pit in the middle of the mattress. I only got about three hours sleep because I was so uncomfortable.

It was just what I needed A place to have a quiet space for sleep and relaxing. Aircon, and spa were fantastic. The bed super comfy! Cheese platter tasted like the fridge, that was off putting. The spa, was a little dated, but all clean and user friendly!
