Es gibt bessere Hotels

Pros: Das Hotel bietet einen kostenfreien Parkplatz und kostenfreies, schnelles Wi-Fi.
Cons: Die Bilder vom Hotel auf Expedia haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir haben das Hotel direkt nach dem Check-in und einem ersten Blick ins Zimmer wieder verlassen. Die Ausstattung ist abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit lässt sowohl in den Zimmern als auch den öffentlichen Bereichen stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Rezeption ist sich des Zustands bewusst, tut aber nichts dagegen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Location: Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Canberra. Einziger Lichtblick ist der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Good for an overnight stay

Good location. Excellent, happy staff. Place was packed to the rafters on a Tuesday night.

Staff were very helpful,BUT the room let them down

Location: A car is necessary to explore the sights and sounds of Canberra as the Motel is out of the city centre, but not too far.
When we first entered the room the television did not function per the instructions and finally a call to the front desk "brought can you try this or then that" instead of I will be right up to check on this for you. The remote still never turned the television off even at the end of our stay. The main mattress had so many lumps it was beyond comprehension and had never been turned by the look of it, to even out the filling. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and the water pressure was good. 10/10 for that. As our room was a family room and close to the stairs people coming and going could be noisy at night but overall the room was pretty fair.

It was basic but totally fine. Bed was comfortable, nice to have a balcony. I was near the entrance, was a bit too loud for my liking in the morning.

Pros: They have happy hour drinks Staff were friendly. Breakfast included
Cons: The complimentary coffee bay wasn't stocked and the hot water was cold You had to pay extra for upgraded breakfast.
Location: Only a short drive back into the city and surrounding sights of Canberra. Easy to get too by car

Pros: Clean and lot of parking space.
Cons: Do put signboard of where to enter for cars
Hotel was great and the room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

SWIPE CARD

Pros: Have previously stayed before in a better room
Staff did not give us a key with the entry swipe card on. Just as well we went to our room before the office shut off time, as we would have been in a pickle.

Overall bad experience

Cons: I dont care because we will NEVER return
Location: I was working that weekend
Rooms where NOTHING like the images on their website. Breakfast included stated BUFFET it should have stated only continental. What they served was like a school camp menu. Room was so noisy, doors slamming, corridor echo, I could here the neighbours snore and this kept me awake most o the night. And losing so much money on my cancellation of the third night was an abosolute rip off. I will never book with wotif EVER again. Beds were so bad a big hole in the middle. the light/fan in the bathroom was so loud.
