Pleasent enough hotel

We booked here for one night just to allow us a quick visit to Canberra. The hotel was a bit out of town but no real,problem as it's easy enough to get around the city.
We booked the breakfast and though the food was fine, the organisation wasn't. First there was no coffee mugs, then the plates ran out, then no more glasses for the juice. We sat and watched this happen all over again as more guess came down for breakfast. No excuse, either have a lot more crockery or clear and replace items a lot quicker.

I use this feedback as an indispensable tool to keep on improving on our service. I have used your comments on the organisation of breakfast an example for training awareness for our restaurant team and has potentially stopped an issue that could have easily developed into a problem if we had not been aware.
