The hotel is not bad but the area around it is pretty ugly, there’s nothing close by and the staff is not very friendly, especially Carolina one of the receptionists was rude and not friendly very, never showed a smile.

In expedia all rooms have patio and view to pool, garden, street. The room didn’t have a patio, only window, I asked for a good view at least to street, but they gave me a room with a view to some canisters, pipes and service buildings (no street or garden), I am not sure even this room is for guests. In whatsapp they said early check in is 600 mx pesos, when I came they said it is 800 mx pesos. They said it is because I booked through expedia even though I paid this money directly in the property because there is no early check in option in Expedia. When I was speaking with front desk all what they say “Ok”. They couldn’t help me with anything. Everything as they say subject to availability even though I don’t see the photo of this view or rooms without a patio. I think they should add all available options in their photos and descriptions (they should put a photo of room without patio and without view), people should know what to expect. Otherwise they expect patio and view which they don’t have available.

The breakfast is the only good thing I like about this hotel. From our room, we can hear their TV and the people talking from the next guest room. We can hear when they turn on the faucet or shower. The pillows were small and flat. There was a loud noise that sounded like it was coming from a boiler or something similar. It's annoying.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The hotel is older but our room was comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint was that thepool chairs werent in good working order. Highly recommend.

Avoid it, not worth it
Not as nice as the pictures suggest. Rooms are very basic. Location is dead. Their breakfast is pretty good and it's close to city facilities like Walmart, that's the only positive.

Nos encanto el lugar, la comida esta muy rica y tienen varias opciones lo cual nos encanto. Aparte del desayuno estilo bufet es increible. Muy rico en especial que te pueden preparar huevos añ gusto y eso me gusto mucho. El lugar muy limpio y el sistema de parking muy bueno, me senti siempre seguro de dejar mi carro ahi. La piscina muy bonita y amplia. El lugar donde nos hospedamos muy limpio teniamos todo a la mano. Lo unico es que si estaria bien teles mas modernas para poder transmitir desde el celular. Pero de ahi en mas todo muy bien, el personal siempre fue amable y cordial. En cuanto a la comida muy rica ll unico es que aveces si se tardaban mucho un dia esperamos una hora por nuestra comida. Se entiende por que solo era un chef ese dia. Pero muy rica eso si y la presentación tambien.

A really nice hotel in downtown Cancun. The bed was great. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating My only regret is that I booked for one night before joining my family at an all inclusive. I could’ve stayed here a month for a week there. I will be back.

Me gusto mucho el hotel y su donde estaba localizado. Tenia estacionamiento lo que fue genial. Su desayuno estaba bueno, aunque no me gusto mucho tantas gentes checando en el comedor. Entiendo que tienen que observar pero se siente uno incomodo. Es muy limpio y su picina esta muy bonita.

Not a lot of restaurants close by, and their on-site restaurant is only open for their breakfast buffets. If you want to have lunch or dinner, then you'd have to use their poolside bar which has limited menu. The hotel does have a free shuttle to Mandala Beach in the hotel zone everyday, which is convenient if you want to explore the zone. Entrance to the beach club was 35 USD/person. Staff is generally nice.
