Nice hotel, HARD sleeping bed

Worst bed EVER I think my family and I were sleeping on a box spring instead of a bed. I was scared to get underneath the covers I wouldn't want to visit that hotel ever again in life. But the kids enjoyed the water park at least.

Pros: The food, the fun and the staff was wonderful
Cons: Have live music at night
Location: Lot of things to do, everything was available.
We spent a week in Cancun and could have spent another week. The kids had a blast, they met new friends and enjoyed the daily activities. My wife and I did not have to worry about anything, the staff kept the kids busy. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service. The night entertainment was was fun, the night staff ensued everyone was recognized that "wanted" to sing and dance, it did not matter to anyone if they could or not it was all about the fun. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Old hotel, dirty pools, dirty beach

Pros: nothing
Cons: the whole hotel
Location: there is nothing nearby
The hotel is old, the pool is dirty the only place to lay down is by the main pool at the deck, but it is full of SEAGULLS THAT ARE READY TO ATTACK, THE DECK HAS A HUGE HOLE THAT MY DAUGHTER TRIPPED. The water at the beach is full of nasty beach grasses and you cant even put your feet in the water because it is dirty and smells

Nice hotel for kids and parent

My kids really enjoyed water slides. Staff are all kind. Beach is small but cozy. It is needed to clean away Seaweed.. brown sea stuff around the sea line.

Worse and dirty ever stayed!!

Too old, outdated, dirty inside and out, beach impossible to use, full of seaweeds, and very expensive!! They should never ever post those advertising pictures, it's a trap! Shower sprays everywhere, couldn't stay more than one night, had to move to another hotel under our experiences! Very disappointed, ruined our vecation!! Want my money back!!

Be aware! Not worth to go there

We chose this hotel base on pictures. We should've read reviews on first place. Check in- staff barely speaks English. The room was floated and even we called and they promised someone will come to fix it, it took 4-5 hours , one more call and trip to the reception desk to talk to a super visor before they sent house keeper. The food was almost the same every day. Bar staff and waiters/es are great. That and the water park were the best things at the whole place. There is only one towel provided per person. Have in mind that you have to pay for internet and you can only use wifi on 2 devises, we had to pay it twice because it was 3 of us. You have to pay for the safe and it was very primitive lock, anyone can brake it .... That's not all... On the 3rd day there was a floating from the toilet seat in the middle of the night, gross... Water activities are not as advertised- if you are lucky, you can get one Kanu kayak but they have limited, old broken equipment I can add more, but I'm sure other guests already wrote enough bad things

Nice resort...nice staff, nice ocean view.

Overall it was a nice resort. It is not part of the Hotel Zone, which is a 15-20 min. drive. Taxi rate is about 200-220, depending on peak time. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to accommodate. Food and drinks were ample, but was an issue for our kids...options were just not satisfying their taste buds. Micky D's was 20 mins away...or the front desk can order you a pizza from Dominos. Breakfast and snacks between the meals were great! Pools were clean. We were there for 5 nights.

Not a 5 star by any means, but service is terrific

This is an older hotel that is off the strip. If you have kids or don't want to be around anyone, the hotel is fine. It is old, so furnishings are well used, but it is clean. It also has a water park. My kids were thrilled. The beach stinks because of what washes on shore, but the water park. Ames up for it. The service on the other hand, was OUTSTANDING. Very attentive and couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Diego are first rate. The entertainment staff tried very hard to entertain. Food is pretty much always available ( until 200am). We had a great time, but not sure about recommending it to anyone else, just due to the conviction of the hotel. If you want a place to just lay out and get some sun while drinking and being left alone, this is the place for you.
