Be aware! Not worth to go there

We chose this hotel base on pictures. We should've read reviews on first place. Check in- staff barely speaks English. The room was floated and even we called and they promised someone will come to fix it, it took 4-5 hours , one more call and trip to the reception desk to talk to a super visor before they sent house keeper. The food was almost the same every day. Bar staff and waiters/es are great. That and the water park were the best things at the whole place. There is only one towel provided per person.
Have in mind that you have to pay for internet and you can only use wifi on 2 devises, we had to pay it twice because it was 3 of us. You have to pay for the safe and it was very primitive lock, anyone can brake it ....
That's not all...
On the 3rd day there was a floating from the toilet seat in the middle of the night, gross...
Water activities are not as advertised- if you are lucky, you can get one Kanu kayak but they have limited, old broken equipment
I can add more, but I'm sure other guests already wrote enough bad things
