Nice and Convenient not to far from beach

Posted Mar 19, 2017
Pros: The room and everything were great. Nice and clean. Spacious for 2 bedroom hotel.
Cons: They were doing construction outside the building which made it sketchy at first but once you walk in it's a great place.
For the price and everything, this is a best value buy. Not too far from airport and close to spring break club strip. God resteraunts nearby and convenience stores

Under Construction!

Posted Mar 4, 2017
Pros: Room size . we had a junior suite and it was large.
Cons: Room smelled of cigarette, but as they were fully booked, we could not be moved.
I was disappointed with this hotel. The staff were not friendly, there was no hot water, and breakfast was disgusting, and our room reeked of cigarette. Need I say more??

Clean comfortable hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I'm connecting in Cancun. It's very clean, comfortable, centrally located, and the staff are super friendly.

Large clean rooms in the city

Posted Dec 11, 2016
The gentlemen at the front desk were awesome! They spoke english, were very helpful, and have a great attitude. The hotel is quite and is undergoing renovations, but there was no noise and our room was very large and very comfortable! This isn't on the beach, but there are some decent eats within a couple blocks. The breakfast option was also very nice!

Exceptionally clean, great staff

Posted Aug 20, 2016
Initially, I was reticent until I stepped into the room. The bed was perfect and other than an occasional noise from people in the halls, it was perfect. The food in the restaurant was really good! The staff was helpful in every way possible. The pool area was peaceful until the hvac unit from an adjacent building came on. For the value, I would stay again.

The stay was ok in all but the service can be better, when you dont get the room requested they should inform the client first or at check in.

Not bad, could use more attention to the details

Posted Apr 17, 2016 on Hotels
Overall it was a great stay. I would give it a 5, but there are just too many problems here and there that were not taken care of. So here's the CONS: Many things were broken and not fixed. The shower leaked all over the restroom floor. Also, the shower head was broken. The lights were broken in the room, the fan didn't work, and the curtains were situated in such a way to make it difficult to open. Lots of little things here and there were broken that could've made the difference. They just are no paying attention to the details here. Another problem is the lack of power outlets in the room (serious problem with Mexican hotels). The restaurant in the Hotel was not very good. And the pool is super small. The other major problem is parking. There's only about 8 parking spots TOTAL. Seriously! Its ridiculous. The PROS: The room was big and clean. Bed was okay. It had a good location for being in El Centro. It is relatively close to the Hotel Zone, but right in the middle of El Centro, being close to restaurants and the Mall of the Americas (across the street). Staff is nice.
