Good for one night

The room was OK, the bathroom not, it was very humid and old. breakfast was to basic... coffee, cereal and bread. Common facilitiea are good. Service is very good too

Super clean. Very helpful & friendly staff. Great price! Great deal if you like to travel on a budget & don't want to spend too much time or money on your room.

The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. But, We did not like the time-share salespeople. They were extremely pushy. As soon as we go there, they were like "hawks" upon us. We were tired, just wanted to rest.

Terrible

Not 7.5kms to airport - farther....building falling apart. Windows don't close, balcony doors don't close, cracks everywhere, building slanted, towels disgusting, sheets thread bare, balcony falling off building. Residential area, only 1 restaurant...nothing else around.

Please, be advised that 7.5 kms is the location on the Boulevard Kukulcan, not the distance to the airport. Imperial Laguna is a budget hotel that meets the basic requirements for its category. You are right, the hotel is located within a very quiet area which is one of the main assets for guests and the restaurant (not related to the hotel) on site is one of the best in Cancun,

Just a place where to sleep

If you are on a tight budget travelling through Cancun, and want to stay in the hotel zone but don't want to pay the high cost of a fancy place, hotel Celuisma could be an option. Just be aware that the hotel is quite old and does not offer many of the commodities that you might be accustomed to such as, on demand hot water, wireless internet in bedrooms, working telephone, etc. The hotel seems to need a major overhaul. The staff, however, is very friendly. Yuri from the front desk is the best! She helped us with all our needs. It almost looked like she was at the desk 24/7! Thanks Yuri. Don't get disappointed, the hotel is old and needs repairs but, for the price, you get to stay in a clean room, with working A/C, flat screen TV, clean towels and linens. You get complimentary coffee and sweet rolls in the morning. They also can provide transportation to take you to another property the hotel has nearby, and you can use the facilities such as the swimming pool, restaurants, and beach.

Confusion, Confusion, Confusion

We arrived at this hotel and they had ran out of rooms so they had to transfer us to a different hotel down the street! They receptionist said a taxi was 5-10 minutes away but we waited for over an hour and then had to get our own taxi to the other hotel. I would NEVER book at this hotel but they transferred us to Dos Playas which was very nice....skip laguna cancun and go straight for Dos Playas.

nice, simple 3-star hotel

very simple and clean hotel at an amazing location. beautiful area along the lagoon. good walking distance to main attractions and bus stops. the complimentary breakfast is really basic and there is no fridge in the rooms but other than that really great for the price.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST OK. THE BED WAS HARD, THE BATHROOM WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. THE GROUNDS WERE FULL OF PAINT AND TARP AND VERY CONFUSING.

Location: good location for bus, down town, and beach
Hotel is in very poor condition. Maybe is better pay litter moor and change standard. This building need big remodeling.

Based on your comments it seems that the property did not meet your expectations. We have basic rooms and facilities for those on a tight budget who just want to sleep on a quite location.
