Photos are misleading. Room was very outdated. Stains on walls and floors. Front desk was unfriendly. Staff didn't say hello if you walked by. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

The entire property had a strong chemical smell, as if trying to cover up entrenched mold. The one staff member working the desk at any given time did their best with what they had. There were a variety of chemical smells as one advanced from the desk to the room, passing the pathetic breakfast area. Once in the room, a smoking remediation smell was present, along with the smell of cigarette smoke it was supposed to have resolved. I can't tell how the Marriott Bonvoy brand became remotely associated with this property, or how it remains so.

The location of the hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable, however the breakfast menu was very disappointing, there wasn't many food options, and the TV had visual issues. But I could stay there again if I will need a one-two nights place

The sheets were not clean, I was getting bitten on the ankles at night, and there were not enough blankets, sheets, or towels to change out the ones that were in our room. Our key card did not work multiple times we had to go to the front office to change it.

Property was easy to access from the airport, and the ataff was very friendly. Casino right next door had good and low cost food options. Even though we lost our money at the casino, we had a great time :)!

The hotel was close to everything. The old market, the new shopping mall, the bus depot, and the beach. It was quiet and clean. Plenty of complimentary breakfast. Great place to stay

Booked via Expedia for one night stay on April 4th and there was someone already in the room. Staff said they had no rooms and we had to wait. They said to call Expedia and Expedia tried to call hotel and the hotel never answered. I am now out $80 and had to pay for another hotel that night somewhere else. City Express is a fraud.

En la habitación nada funcionaba, me cambiaron y en la segunda el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Tardaron mucho en arreglarlo. Además es un sistema tan viejo que hace demasiado ruido, imposible trabajar y dormir con ese ruido. El desayuno da asco y además ponen muy poco entonces se acaba rápido. Nadie limpia las mesas del desayuno. No hay mantenimiento. Todo está muy maltratado. El check in tardó mas de media hora. Terrible, no volveré.

The room was ok, it had dust. There was no hot water, it was room temperature. It did offer breakfast, I didn't get time to eat , I had to fly early. I guess for the price it was ok. It was an emergency booking too.

They tidy the room but don’t clean it. You have to ask for towels and toilet paper, they don’t just leave more for you. Night time security guard is an angel. Windows don’t open and air conditioner smokes when you try to shut it off to get some quite. Ok for an overnight but not longer than that

If you dont speak clear spanish and have any needs to be addressed, this is jot the place for you. It was very old fashioned looking, unclean in many areas amd the service was poor. Not worth the lower price as advertised and if you have to make any changes to your stay, they do NOT make any accomodations or refunds.
