Not enough staff in most places, expect lines (not long and they move fast, but always a line). Shower stall not very clean. Hard to get the hot water dialed in - hot is in the MIDDLE of the dial!!! Daily room cleaning was excellent (but one day was missed during our week long stay). Would go back, for sure!

Overall would not recommend based on our experience. First off, this is a Spanish hotel, very little English is spoken and all of the menus are in Spanish, just FYI. Upon arrival, we were charged additional daily fees before they would allow us to check-in. We opted for the adults only swim-up ocean front suite. Unfortunately, the kids pool is right outside these rooms and noisy and kids are allowed anywhere on the property. The swim-up side is not private and a main walkway for the entire resort, so do not expect any privacy while lounging. There was ongoing construction which was noisy and frustrating when trying to rest. The worst part of the stay was that I stepped on a very rusty screw on the property, preventing me from using the pool and ocean for the second half of the trip. The hotel would not acknowledge this and accept any responsibility for the injury. Cell service and wifi was basically non-existent in our room / area. Overall a disappointing experience that could have been remedied, but the hotel chose to ignore everything. We can not recommend this property. Expedia was not able to help with the issues either, only stating at the end that they are just the booking agent and all issues are between us and the Spanish owners, even though we paid Expedia for the trip.

We are very sorry we needed to work on that column, but it wasnt a big construction, still Iám sorry if it disturbed your resting time, we are always open to your request to spot it.We know you steped in a screw, and our security staff assisted you with the firs aid, and that we also offered you the doctor service without a charge and you refused to use it, also my Front Desk Manager set a request to Expedia to re imburse you the all inclusive portion of your trip for the last two nights. We are currently working to improve the internet service in this specific area of the hotel.Joseph, we do care about your experience and your comments, that is the only way to improve our products and services. Our Front Desk Manager checked you out, since you knew her already, she offered you additional assistance and nothing was asked or reply back.I do appreciate your comments and if need you still need additional asistance, please locate me at the Emporio Cancún.Warm greetings from the Mexican Caribbean.

The staff were very friendly! The rooms were a little dirty. Nobody came to clean the second day. I called and they came right away. No shuttle service was provided. It was $85 for transportation to the hotel, and $85 back. The hotel had descent restaurants, but were very expensive for what they were. $35 for lunch buffet, $35 for dinner buffet adds up. It was just a 3 night stay, so we did not explore to much.

The property itself was beautiful and some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk workers, some managers, and supervisors were terrible and lacked communication with each other and with us throughout our stay. They acted confused and as if they couldn't do their job and made us pay for the consequences of their actions. We had to change rooms, the sheets on our bed were not clean, they did not offer us wash cloths, and kept giving us the run around on housekeeping, towels,etc. I will never be staying here again.

Settled a little back from the street and right on the beach, this gem has it in spades! Beautiful clean beach and swimming areas, impeccable restaurants and the rooms are amazing. First of all, I want to say thank you on behalf of my wife & I to Emporio Cancun for making our vacation so special, not only for the beautiful suite that we got perfectly seeing the ocean and hearing the waves each night and morning that made us relax even more. We could only say that this hotel met our expectations and beyond! A special thanks to Maritza our suite steward that was always so helpful & attentive in fulfilling our requests and by the way always surprising us with beautiful towel designs bringing a smile & joy to our hearts when walking into our suite!! Thank you Maritza for your hard work and thoughtfulness!! Also, we want to say thank you to Jackeline from BC Experience at Emporio Cancún for helping us planned all our adventures and always checking on us! In our travels we valued being received with a smile but in Emporio Cancun we received more than a smile and for that we are truly grateful!! Ps: just a suggestion it would’ve been nice to have breakfast à la carte in the restaurants and more accessible ice makers.

I think you or the property need to be more clear on the description. We showed up expecting an all inclusive vacation and it wasn't! We had to pay extra for our meals. It was a very upsetting surprise.

Property was very clean, room was very clean and comfortable bed. Master room had a jacuzzi but didn’t use it. Should have done the All Inclusive as that is what I thought I purchased, food options are ok. Definitely enjoyed this property but beach was very rough but a beautiful view. They do have pools and slides for kids though.

We took the bus from there to other places to go shopping. We had a person helping with our luggage and he is the coolest! And explained how to move around the area. And the Bartenders, servers are so nice an efficient. My family had a great experience there!

Try to avoid this place there are many other resorts there in Cancun way better the staff here is ready rude specially the ones that work in the front desk. Every hotel I have visit always put drinks in the rooms this ones just put one bottle of water. The are just two restaurants and one buffet with almost no food choice.

This place was great! We were greeted with very helpful staff and the resort was awesome. The walk to the beach was very convenient. Everything was clean as well. The only minor complaint I have is that the hot tubs weren't very hot at the resort. I would definitely stay here again. The king suite with an ocean view was the way to go.

Overall I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The area was quiet just what we wanted for vacation. The pool was a bit cold but clean and the beach areas was well kept.

Overall, we were happy with our room and the amenities at the property. However, the "hot tubs" were not hot but lukewarm and there was a lack of handrails in most areas. We had a partially disabled person in our group and they noticed it. Also, the front of the hotel could be spruced up a bit and easier to access. You have to walk through parking lots and what looks to be service entrances to get to the front desk and out to the rooms.

The hotel & view was perfect. The only good thing I can take from it is that when I needed my room cleaned they cleaned (cleaning team thank you) the other staff in general did not seem eager to help or bother to help. They seemed very serious/stuck up and when I asked questions they looked at me like I was dumb. There was a horrible miscommunication with a simple birthday cake I asked for. Overall I’m not mad about my stay at all, drinks were great, food was eh.

Really enjoyed are stay at Emporio Cancun staff very friendly and helpful. A shout out to the entertainment staff very welcoming and did a great job of providing a wide range of activities for everyone to enjoy! Grounds, pools etc very clean and well manicured. A few little issues where I thought room could be cleaner on check in but other than that highly recommend.

I went on a vacation with my (22yr old) son for a “mom and son” vacation and we had a great time. He stayed here before and recommended we go. We created memories for a lifetime. Everyone was nice and attentive. We loved all the food options. The pools were amazing. The beach was clean and beautiful. We loved the energy and vibe at the bar, which had quite a few games and activities that we really enjoyed. We had an amazing time, and I will definitely go back again.

There are a LOT of stairs at this property! Be prepared to get your steps in. The staff are super friendly, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, zero variety, they put out the same food every morning.

The resort was nice small but nice very clean modern lots if space in the room and the the front desk was always on point with sending up More water or whatever we needed. Only thing we had to complain ab was the food… I’ve stayed at a few resorts in my life and this in by far had the worse food and they only have 2 options fir restaurants.

I love Emporio! This was my 5th stay at this resort. The staff treat you well and make sure you always have a drink in hand. The adults only swim up room was amazing as usual! I will definitely be back and recommend to all!

Good food and excellent service if you tip. The crew there all works hard and is very understanding if you don’t speak their language. All the facilities were amazing. Great place for a honeymoon in the winter season.

This place is not worth the money. The “all inclusive” is not actually all inclusive most decent drinks are extra steak and lobster extra essentially everything good that you expect is EXTRA this is fine if you want a budget friendly resort but for $500 a night this is unacceptable. . Restaurant selections are slim only 2 the buffet is terrible. Front desk extremely unfriendly. But the staff treated us well. No spa this would be a great 2 star resort. But for the money we payed it was absolutely not worth it. We couldn’t even enjoy the water at the beautiful beach bc right where this resort is red flags were up.

Great property. I went with my girls. Felt very safe. Didnt like the dining prices if you didnt get all inclusive.
