Great food

This is the second time I have stayed at this resort . The food is very good and they have Don Julio Tequila. All the service people were very helpful always asking what we needed. I stayed in the Sea Tower which has a very comfortable bed with soft pillows. They have plenty of chairs by the pool but I think they need more umbrellas. But since I am an early riser we always got one. Their wifi is good. We used public transportation to go to Downtown Cancun . Go to Mercado 28 bus route 1 drops you off there. Then walk about 3 blocks it will be on your left. It has over 250 shops in there good prices. DO Not shop on the one that bus drops you off . That one is very expensive and so are the rest along that same street. They say in English market Not Mercado. Went to Cozumel, did a day trip to Coba and Tulum. You can still climb Coba but they want to stop that soon to preserve it. Lots of shade there and Tulum is by the ocean. Fiesta Americana is a great hotel I will return

All the associates of Fiesta Americana Condesa have an excellent customer service. We were celebrated our aniversary an we have had a ineffable moments that we will keeps forever. I didn't enjoy my stay, I was uncomfortable the entire trip. The room was old, it smelled, The room had a lot of humidity, the bathroom was extremely small. The shower head and the sink faucet didn't really work, the water was coming out hard. The clothes i left out overnight would be moist. I was able to go to another family members room and it was nothing compared to ours. Overall I didn't enjoy it and I would not recommend it.

Very Friendly Staff

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice beach. Good food.
Cons: Some of the restaurants do not open according to the hours posted.
Location: Convenient location. Can get pickup for trips to Tulum etc.
We spent our Thanksgiving break at Cancun and most of it was at the hotel. There's so much to do at the beach. We tried almost all the restaurants in this hotel during our short stay and most of them are extremely good. The beach is very nice and clean. Free cocktail and smoothie. The room is spacious and clean. We had the lagoon view room but it also overlooks the beach, great for sunrise. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities is divided in two sections new and old We got our rooms in the old facilities, it is fine but old, water in the shower change suddenly from warm to very hot or cold, in all 3 rooms and they were very separate from each other, but in the other hand food was delicious in all restaurants and customer service excellent, they said they are going to remodel the all facilities, swimming pool very nice the beach was beautiful but we got too much wind all 7 days so going into the ocean was dangerous.

Nice hotel right on the beach

Can't say nothing bad about this hotel good food friendly staff and very comfortable lots of kids if you are and adult only hotel I don't recomend this on. At the buffet ask for ELEGIO best service ever very friendly and profesional.

Nice not so crowded hotel.

The hotel is nice and open, that actually makes you feel that you are at a beach resort. It is currently going through some renovations, but i am sure that once they are finished it will look great. We got upgrated to an ocean wiew room than was wonderful and got other nice surprises as a welcome gift. The staff where very nice and courteous, always greeting you with a smile. The food was the best, and loved that they offered real mexican food. Perhaps the only recomendation is to update some of the furniture on the restaurants, that have seen better days and to ventilate the venue for the shows.
