This hotel is connected to a large mall. So there’s lots to do shopping wise. Very busy and active. Nice areas to walk too as well.

Suitable property for a short term stay before or after flight, for business travel, etc. Simple furnishings and property, slightly dated, sounds carry a bit room to room. Accommodating staff who helped store my bags upon early arrival and access a day pass to the sister resort on the beach.

Breakfast was not included. Understood. 68 CAD for 2 of us to have the breakfast buffet..... rediculous!!! Sink would not drain water, hot water was more like warm water.

Very helpful staff. Located in a shopping mall, tons of options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Great food, recommend La Parrila in the second floor food city of the adjacent mall. Hotel has free coffee from 6-9 AM on the fifth floor. Bus and taxi stand on both sides of the mall.

Pretty bad and run down conditions. Booked a mini suite. Quite dirty, poor lighting, triangular shape suite. No easy to find; hotel is within a mall/shopping ctr.

Check in okay although you won’t be given a room until 16:00. The rooms are okay, bit small and older but comfortable and clean. AC works very well. I like the balcony. The outside areas are clean, beautiful. Pool is wonderful… beach amazing. I feel like any extra service pricing is outrageous. Food was good. Overall, pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at this property on several occasions and it’s a shame that more than once I’ve paid for the Junior Suite and received a smaller, basic suite. What’s worse is the front desk knew each time that they oversold and yet tried to convince me that the suite I had was the correct one - only to abruptly change stories once they realized I had already stayed in an actual junior suite and knew better. So nice enough properly but don’t bother paying for the larger suites - its the luck of the draw whether or not you’ll get it.
