Lo unico reprobable es la comida, mal buffet y la cama no es muy comoda, en todo lo demas es excelente.

Nice hotel

Overall a very good hotel. Clean, with friendly staff. Wi-Fi was a little spotty in terms of how accessible it was, with certain areas having a strong signal and others having a very weak signal. One big issue I had was that they did not mention what time we had to check out, and so we ended up staying a few hours after the required check out time and ended up paying $66 USD for it. They should have let us know when we were checking in or a day before were due to leave. Apart from that, it was quite a good experience

Ok for the price

Hotel exterior is ok but rooms needs update. I had problem with the air condition and they change me at the third day as my request. But they gave me and update with sea view. All other is ok. Good location.

Staff was exceptional friendly, and spoke very good English. Several pools, on the beach good choice of food 😋 easy access to bus stop. Maintenance was being done in hallway the entire week we stayed but was not loud , and was no inconvenience to us. We wiil be back!

I changed my opinion on this HOTEL! NO NO NO

Pros: Sandra at the buffet ! Mayo the bartender! He Remembered us from last year! The guys at the restaurant by the beach were AWESOME!
Cons: THE SERVICE! The people are spending their money here instead of the many other hotels on the strip! No ones going to want to come back! The ROOMS!
Location: It is near the bust stop, flamingo mall that is outdated and across from Bubba Gump and Outback
I just got back on July 1st from a 9 day stay at the Flamingo. I stayed there last June and it was okay! My sister and brother visited this hotel with me for the 5th time! This trip was such a disappointment! I always read negative reviews and thought to myself wow what hotel are they staying at it cant be The Flamingo! Let me start by saying that our Standard Ocean Front View room was so tiny! Myself and my boyfriend could barely walk in between the bed and the dresser! The balcony was a joke! There were no chairs or room to really stand on even if you wanted to relax and take in the view! The pillows and sheets smelled of mildew and must! Secondly it took them 2 days to get my brothers room correct when he asked for a 2 bed they gave him 1 and then drug in an old rusted outdated bed that was chipped and scary looking! Thirdly the service in the buffet dining area was horrible with the exception of Sandra! The severs would pass us by multiple times and attend to near by tables and ignore us. All they had to do was take the drink order and it was like pulling teeth just to get that! Multiple times we had to get up and serve the drinks ourselves. We proceeded to tell the "Supervisor" nothing ever happened after that. The bar was horrible they had a young guy that couldn't keep up with 7 people at the bar! Never again! Please take your business elsewhere we've been there multiple times! I would add more but no room ;(

Our hotel room was not ready when my family and I arrived. During the entire week that we spent over there the hotel was under renovation, and that was so annoying. Ladders everywhere specially next to the swimming pool. The working people started at six in the morning every single day even on Saturday! We could hear the biting of the hammer on the walls loudly. It was awful! There was no music at the bar that gave me the impression I was in a monastery.

The beach in front was so nice and had a big pool.

Everything was so close to the hotel. Also you could get transportation right infront. Comfortable. Everyone was very friendly.

NO SWIMMING BEACH !!! (NOT ALLOWED TO SWIM)

Pros: Just about NOTHING.
Cons: Many things.
Location: Good location and a few things to see and do nearby.
No bottle water-in-room. Did complain at the registration desk and a guy who seemed to be a manager replied: "We don't put water in this hotel". He was rude and unprofessional. No coffee maker in room too.

Hotel vale pelo custo benefício

Hotel fica perto do centrinho de Cancún e shopping La Isla. Em frente aos restaurantes outback e o bubba gump. O mar é bem agitado. Os quartos são limpos. Funcionários super educados e prestativos.
