We were delayed at the front desk and not given our room number until we agreed to set up a time to listen to the time share program -which was scheduled for 90 minutes. Even though they promised all kinds of rewards, they required a credit card to be shown and we just weren't interested or comfortable with it. We were shown two sub par rooms before finally another staff member stepped in and gave us the room we reserved. We talked to another couple at the pool who were shown the EXACT same rooms so it must be where they put "non members". It's too bad because the beach is beautiful there and the all-inclusive food was very good. We were just uncomfortable the entire time. There are also booths at the pools where they try to sell you tours all day when you are getting towels!! AND they allow vendors to put up tables at the pool during the day and then THEY are trying to sell you things! It just never ended! It was not very relaxing. In addition, I received an electrical shock from both the thermostat and the electric vanity mirror!
