Beautiful resort located on beach-rude staff

Very beautiful, well kept resort located right on beach. Great location in hotel zone for shopping, partying etc. food was ok nothing special. Italian restaurant has best food and the Buffett however more options would be nice. Pools are beautiful. Event staff was very boring was very disappointed they lacked energy. Would also suggest more shows/activities. The staff was not very friendly and one in particular was very rude at concierge desk.

Hotel agradable, habitaciones con vista al mar

Pros: Que todas las habitaciones dan al mar, la comida también es buena
Cons: Modernizar un poco los cuartos, poner más sombrillas
me gustó que todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, lo que no me gustó es que no hay suficientes sombrillas en las albercas, por lo tanto, si no te bajas temprano a apartar tu camastro con sombra, no tienes donde resguardarte del sol

Beautiful hotel, right On the beach hermoso hotel!

We were 4 families and ALL love saying at this hotel, food was great and fresh, they had different tupés Of food everyday. They had activities for adults and kids. I will definetly come back

Good to just relax with family and kids

The staff was great, only thing I really liked about this resort. However, we went to this resort as a girls trip. This was not the place for that. It is a very quiet resort. All families and their kids. There aren't a lot of food options. Only great food is at the restaurants where you have to make reservations. I wouldn't return to this resort. Very boring small quiet resort that doesn't have much to offer

It was an awesome experience, especially the ocean view from the room and great friendly staff...of course, you can't beat the all inclusive part, unlimited drinks and food!

Great Hotel,Terrible Food!!!

Pros: The location, the views,the very friendly,always willing to help staff, especialy, Eric the concierge,Henry the waiter in the Oriental restaurant .
Cons: The food ,Awful!!, Only one meal was prepared properly,In the Oriental dining room!!,Best meal of the day, Breakfast!!, Waffels, Hard to mess up!!
Location: Right on the beach, Close to excellent Malls and other shopping, Lots of tours available to all the attractions in The Yucatan Peninsular.
The hotel is situated right on the beach ,awesome view of the ocean,very friendly and helpful staff, Great pool with the ocean only steps away, ultra clean everywhere,to many people trying to sell timeshares,outdoor entertainment every night.

Pros: My villa, the pools, the food, the drinks, the staff.....it was wonderful
Cons: upon check in, make sure guests know about restaurant reservations and give them towel keys. Only saw butler once and to figure out on my own
Had a little mixup with concierge and butler regarding restaurant reservations, towels keys, but this resort is awesome! I will definitely go back and highly recommend!
