Worst Hotel

Posted Apr 11, 2017
This was a horrible hotel. They didn't clean the room. I had to call and request the room to be clean. I waited 2 hours to check in and eventually didn't get the room I had reserved. Service was slow and not worth what you pay for. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone! The hotel is very old, service is poor as well.

Nice beach by the hotel.

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Pros: Nice beach. Good food. Friendly staff.
Cons: Coat of paint. Update all the rooms.
Location: Location was nice and quiet. Nearby restaurant/store is 10-minute walk.
It was a nice stay. Hotel looks little old, needs a coat of paint outside. The pools are nice. The buffets were good. Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was amazing!

Posted Mar 13, 2017
Had two rooms for my party but they were in separate towers. Was upgraded to an elite suite with a kitchen, living room, and additional bed for free. The breakfast buffet was great! Staff was nice.

Great hotel with great beach and great staff

Posted Mar 7, 2017
The staff here was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Pool and activities were great. Bus stop close by that provided cheap and easy transportation. Looks a little old on outside but rooms were spacious and clean. Would go here again anytime

Beautiful view but room not so much! Older resort.

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Beware: the room we were put in does not look anything like any of the pictures on the website!! When we reserved we clicked on the link that had a description that there was a kitchen, separate bedroom and included balcony. The pictures showed updated linens & decor which was not the case. The sheets were worn thin and the bedspread was an old greenish polyester material, not the white ones shown in pictures. We were in a very tiny hotel style room with no balcony and no kitchen. There was a rusted dorm sized refrigerator & microwave though. There was mold on lamp shades & bathroom ceilings. The windows were so dirty the first few days you could not see out. They did have a window washer clean them on day 3, so that was nice. The room was clean with exception of mold & carpet. Views were gorgeous. The beds were absolutely awful! I do think it would have been more comfortable sleeping on cement. Not kidding, rock hard and often woke with shoulder or hips in extreme pain. We would have slept on floor but the carpeting definitely needed cleaning. Would not recommend breakfast plan. The breakfast remained same items/choices all 7 days with the exception they changed out the meat choice inside the various items...no cereal or yougart; fresh fruit options same all 7 days too...pineapple, unripe cantaloupe & mystery white colored fruit. The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. The other guests were on the older side (70's) or young families

Great stay in February

Posted Mar 2, 2017
We got a non balcony room so we spent a lot of time in the common areas. Our room was comfortable and very clean though. We bought our own snacks and kept leftovers in our fridge. Loved sitting by the pool and on the beach. Very safe we were more than comfortable leaving our things on our chairs to go for a swim. Activities staff was great, shout out to Juan! We played beach volleyball and had a blast. Breakfast buffet was good with a station just for tacos! Ate out the rest of our meals so cannot really comment otherwise. Drink prices at the bar by the pool were very reasonable. Overall great trip and I'd definitely come back here!
