Everything is very clean, the room is good, very big but the building is old and they had construction on my side and the three days it was a lot of noise but the worst was the first one, they didn't let me sleep until 2:00am

the rooms are very dated. it was rust all around the top part of my tub and at the base. I could have thrown up. This was my bday trip and I asked for an upgrade upon arrivng. I didnt even complain I just stuck it out bcus if that was an upgrade, I assume they had none better. That room was a suite instead of a regular room he told me. Aside from that, great customer service, directly on the beach, beach chairs etc. onsite restaurant was okay.

The staff is at the top of the line in friendliness and being professional's. The entertainment staff is superb Juan and Alejandro are the best in their field. We have been there 2 years in a row and will keep coming back. We were a family of 9 this trip and hope to bring more every trip. Thank you and all your staff for being a super group

The property needs a lot of care. The service by the beach and pool was great. At 9 am personnel knocked at our door just to say good morning and by 10:30 there was no water in the room.

The hotel is adequate, does appear a little outdated. However, it has a great beach and the location is convenient since you can walk to the bus stop and take the bus to city center. The buffet is actually pretty good, I paid full price but if I had to do it again, I would book to include the breakfast and maybe inquire on any buffet package specials because it could get pricey doing buffet for all meals. They do have a convenience store in the hotel with kitchen basics to cook own food as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay, service at the restaurant was good.

We had our honeymoon there. So, we came back to celebrate our 25yr wedding anniversary, and they put us up in a beautiful suite. Great place with super friendly people. My only complaints were with them charging my cc for $2056 American dollars, rather than $2056 pesos. Then another charge on the same card, they said was declined, but my cc showed it as approved. Both charges will be handled by Chase either way. We still plan on going back again.

If you are coming here for the cancun experience i would not recommend this place. Only locals stay at this hotel and it’s limited communication. Spend the extra money for a better hotel this was not worth the money we put into it. the food was disgusting the people were rude and there’s a language barrier. the walls are thin so you can hear the other people next door. when we arrived there was pee all over the toilet seat and the lid like how did pee get on the lid. YUCK! The food is disgusting and it’s $30 for a plate. The rooms are so outdated and there were bugs on the beds. The sheets were stained and the tub was clogged. I would recommend going to the better hotels. Pay the extra money this place is not worth what the price is on there.

Terrible overall, outdated moldy room, broken stuff, dirty and smelly. Food is trash and stays for days none replaced, beach smells awful, staff are stoned and seems annoyed all the time. Poor poor poor and waste of money. I booked the best room they have and stayed only 2 nights and ran away to another resort. Of course they kept my money too.

The treatment at the hotel restaurant was very unprofessional and bad. They barely spoke English and some of the waiters were very rude and it felt like they are watching us all the time. Julio at the reception and the captain at the restaurant were nice though. The others barely know how to treat tourists. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. The breakfast was poor and included food previous night's dinner. Tea and coffee were cold every day. When I mentioned that the coffee was cold, their reaction was simply "no cold". In general, some of them should go to some Mediterranean countries to see how tourists are properly treated.
