ハネムーンとして最高のホテル

ハネムーンで初めて訪れたカンクン。オールインクルーシブに不安ありましたが、日本語のメニューや説明書もあったので快適に過ごせました。スタッフ一同すごく親切でとても良かったです。 また、スパは色々種類、時間が選べて凄く良かったです。

Nice hotel, staff, and location

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! Wouldn't change a thing
Location: The location was great. 2 malls within walking distance, Aquaworld,
We stayed at the hotel July 14-19th, 2016. This was our first time being in Cancun and it was AWESOME. Our hotel location was perfect. The 2 malls were within walking distance and the food in all of the restaurants was amazing. Our favorite restaurant there was The Spice because it had the buffet which literally had everything you could imagine for all 3 meals. All of the staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed and friendly as well.

Five nights was not long enough!! Stayed in the presidential suite and the room was great and the view was breathtaking. Staff also tried very hard to accommodate a friend in other room with her celiac disease and followed her gluten-free diet as best as they could!!

Nice hotel with beautiful views!

Pros: The rooms were very clean.
Cons: The pool was great, but it had this weird wall in the middle that separated part of it from the swim up bar. You had to "climb" over the wall.
Location: The location was close to the airport. We also took a short taxi ride one day to the local outdoor mall.
We stayed at he Hotel Zilara last week and loved it! The staff was amazing, the views were awesome, and the rooms were fantastic!

Staff made the trip by doing extra stuff.

Friendly people, good food, great drinks. I saw a lot of tipping even though it is all inclusive, tipping was optional. The higher floors had better views. Take the transportation at the airport but do private round trip, so others don't waste your time or line up a cab. Spice seemed to have more options and was faster than the rest being buffet style. We did the beach dinner and the chefs plat. It was okay.

Cons: Better ac in room and restaurants.
Excellent facility, very good restaurants, pool, bars and entertainment at night. The staff is so friendly.

Good stay

Pros: Entertainment, Facility & Food
Cons: A nightclub will be good.
Location: Near the Mall & only 8 minutes from Coco Bongo.
well its was Excellent all the staff very friendly very nice rooms very clean but the bar was amazing all the guys serving on the bar very nice especially Gustavo he was super friendly very good guy & very professional the spice restaurant was very good everything very fresh I absolutely recommend this Hotel.

Amazing experience!!

The service was like no other, the food was great and the way everything was set up was astonishing. I proposed the my now fiancee and they made it seamless for the experience.
