Great hotel, close to the beach and shopping

This was our second stay here. Once again food and drinks were excellent. The service was great once again also.

Very nice resort the only problem i had was that the air condition didn't work very well, throught the whole resort, especially my room.

Pros: It was fairly new, very clean, helpful staff, nice beach, and close to shopping.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Very good location, excellent beach area, and short bus ride to some of the best shopping.
We have stayed at several different hotels in Cancun, but this one was definitely our best experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the food was much better than we expected. The cost to add a lobster tail to your meal was also very reasonable. The coffee shop had a good variety of excellent coffees, plus snacks and ice cream. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel - even better Staff!

Great food, great staff, very accommodating. We went during a hot season (Mid July), although our only complaint was the room wouldn't go under 78 degrees and the pool was very warm.

Excelente servicio y alimentos. La única persona que asume un trato discriminatorio para los huéspedes nacionales es Martha instructora de Pilates. El chef Jhony de asiana y las edecanes de los restaurantes son los mejores.

You have to go there to experience what this wonderful hotel is. It is beautiful. The food is great, service is the best. Stuff is so great and happy and genuine. My room was beautiful. The view from it was breathtaking! Thank you so much for everything. I can't wait to go back.

The staff was excellent the food was good, they accommodated my every need. I would definitely stay there again # the foam pool party was off the hook

ハネムーンとして最高のホテル

ハネムーンで初めて訪れたカンクン。オールインクルーシブに不安ありましたが、日本語のメニューや説明書もあったので快適に過ごせました。スタッフ一同すごく親切でとても良かったです。 また、スパは色々種類、時間が選べて凄く良かったです。

Nice hotel, staff, and location

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! Wouldn't change a thing
Location: The location was great. 2 malls within walking distance, Aquaworld,
We stayed at the hotel July 14-19th, 2016. This was our first time being in Cancun and it was AWESOME. Our hotel location was perfect. The 2 malls were within walking distance and the food in all of the restaurants was amazing. Our favorite restaurant there was The Spice because it had the buffet which literally had everything you could imagine for all 3 meals. All of the staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed and friendly as well.

Five nights was not long enough!! Stayed in the presidential suite and the room was great and the view was breathtaking. Staff also tried very hard to accommodate a friend in other room with her celiac disease and followed her gluten-free diet as best as they could!!
