All was great, staff, location etc. One important thing to change are the towels, they are falling in pieces and that is appropriate for a Hotel. Many towels in a very bad condition.

Very good hotel for the budget conscious. Close to shopping and eateries very convenient Walmart downstairs. All that was missing was a pool.

They assigned me a room after a long trip . When I went up to the room it was dirty and with the lights on as if someone was checked in but was out . Then I had to go downstairs and they questioned me if I was sure of it being dirty and taken . Then they assigned me another room and the cleanness of it was poor. They had hairs on the bathroom floor and only one pillow . Big stain on couch seat and the tv barely had channels .

I will begin by saying we picked this hotel with 24 hrs notice of our trip, so expectation were low. The property is VERY clean; however, our room was so small it was like a closet. If you've ever been on a cruise, imagine an inside stateroom with 2 twin beds, but the stateroom is nicer. The employees were helpful enough, but I wouldn't gush about their customer service. no one was super friendly about being helpful. The plaza of Americas is across the street, so there's access to food and shopping but nowhere near a beach. The beds were so hard that we might as well have slept on the floor. Our TV remote didn't work, even after we got new batteries at front desk, and there were NO tv channels in English - even the subtitles on the channels were in Spanish. We DID like the little Walmart Express located just outside the lobby for quick things that travelers might forget. There's no pool or amenities of that sort, and they aren't affiliated with any properties that have a pool. All in all, it was ok for a quick trip, but we'll definitely take more time to pick a better hotel next time around.

I feel like because I stayed for one night, I received an ok room - the room and bathroom were extremely small, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning worked but the controller did not. In the aftermath of a long day and late check-in, I simply wanted to relax and did not wish to deal with a complaint. I am not sure if I would stay here again.

Hotel is fine, staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, room was clean, beds were comfy. The rooms are VERY small, and the “double beds” are the smallest double beds I have ever seen, just barely bigger than a twin bed. Overall, it’s a fine place to stay if you don’t need much space. Car rental and small Walmart on site. Huge Mall of America across the street.

The room was very small. The bathroom floor had several stains that made it look dirty all the time. The shower head was placed in an awkward location (right in the middle of the shower) and didn't have enough water pressure. The door to my room was pretty difficult to open. Sometimes I would spend a couple of minutes trying before I actually succeeded in opening it. The reception staff was very nice, and some of the restaurant ones were too, but the cleaning staff was not very helpful.
