Far away from the beach

New hotel, but it was far away from Cancun's beach and popular night light. I tried to get a refund immediately because I was deceived.

No safe; no refrigerator

There is no safe, refrigerator / mini bar in your room... you must ask for a cup of ice from the unpopular restaurant. (No icemachine or ice bucket). Location is right next to a supermarket, otherwise it is a little isolated. No security. Staff at reception appear distant and preoccupied. On the way to your room you will notice the doors of some other guest rooms left slightly open at night (which made me feel uneasy).

Nice hotel at a budget price. Great location.

Our room was super-clean and the staff was very accommodating. Be aware, though, the rooms are very, VERY small. Still, I'd book again based on the location and and the cleanliness. In a way, the sizing of the room is cleverly done!

It was a small but a comfortable room, close to acces everything you want to see in Cancun. The staff was quick attendance.

cheap and clean great stay.

the hotel was comfortable clean and adequate. it was very cheap great price. the beach is very far and there is not much around here except a huge shopping mall and that does have a good food court and movie theater. Staff r excellent here.
