Very nice hotel!

This hotel is located on the best spot on the beach in Cancun. It has an extraordinary lobby and is very well ran. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Staff was very friendly and we'll trained. Something new and different everyday! The restaurants were great and even the wait staff on the beach was great, just remember a 50 pesos tip ($2.50) here will make your service very good!

Mostly wonderful, everyone was super nice. Except, Martha from food services and Cecily from from desk... they need to treat their guests a little better. Be aware of a contruction site right behind the hotel. Get a ocean view room if you can to avoid noise and dust. Jesus and Erick from entertainment were very nice to my kids.

Great ocean view.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Not a thing
Location: Right on the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance.
We have stayed at Krystal Grand Punta Cancun 4 times and would not stay anywhere else. Awesome staff, resort is very clean and has everything including entertainment.

Try not to stay on the construction side.

Noisy fans from nearby hotel. Had to keep balcony door closed. Overall, staff friendly and helpful, except one unfriendly clerk at check-in..deli girls were ok, but not super nice.

Was supposed to be an ocean view, but overlooked roof tops of neiboring hotel. Was supposed to have a VIP discount but was difficult to get.

The hotel was great, close to the beach. Our concierge for the pool beds Hervik was AMAZING. He made dinner reservations for us at Harry's one night with an amazing table. For another night at Porfirio's again another amazing dinner. His service was the best. On the other hand the worst customer service was from Jorge ( the tours guide from Expedia Office). Very rude with a very bad attitude and when he saw we decided to book via Expedia online our Chichen Itza Tour, he became more rude and agrressive towards us by telling us next time if we are looking to get the Expedia double points online for our tour instead of getting the tour from him (at the same price as online)- not to bother him anymore because he is loosing customers while he wasted his time with us(5 minutes only)!!! This is our only Complain in regards staff in Krystal Hotel, however Jorge is the reason i gave only 1star at the staff.

Great staff!

I loved staying at this hotel, the staff was amazing. Hervik was always following up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The only complain I have is that there was a leak in our bathroom light the first night after that they fixed it.

Make sure you print your itinerary

Pros: The VIP room on the top floor had free continental breakfast every morning. However, we only used it 4 times in our 14 day stay.
Cons: They need to pay stronger attention to safety! My wife fell on a step once and on a down ramp at another time. Both times were quite a scare.
Location: It is on the Grand Point, and so the traffic in front is relatively light, and nice for walking. The beach offers a very nice view of the hotel zone.
When we checked in, they claimed that I did not book an ocean view room. I am glad that I had printed my itinerary, which specifically cited an ocean view. The clerk seemed taken aback upon seeing that, and assigned us to a 2nd floor room with a minimalistic ocean view - not the high rise spectacular view I was expecting. The room refrigerator is quite small, but it was crammed full of items for which the hotel charged some high prices. There was barely any room for us to save our cold drinks. The hotel staff was professional and mostly helpful.
