Great beach access and impeccable views

We really loved our stay at the Krystal Grand. The staff, from housekeeping, to restaurant staff to check in were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. Couldn't have asked for better. The beach is very accessible and the view down the hotel zone is without comparison. The restaurants we ate in were reasonably priced, clean and very good. The waiters were so attentive. Watching for your every need. If I had any issues, it was mobility for people that have walking issues. Lots of steps, with no elevator access to the lowest level. That made it very hard for my husband. Overall, if you have no mobility issues, this is a great place to stay. It is also close to the "party zone" if you are so inclined.

Nice hotel, in the best area of Cancun

A very good hotel for the price! Close to the best bars, clubs and restaurants. Walking distance to the best area of Cancun. Nice beach with no strong waves as in the southern section of Zona Hotelera. The rooms are relatively quiet for the busy area, there is a good space, nice bathrooms, clean and good a/c. The beds are ok.

Nice hotel and people, good beach access

Pros: clean, housekeeping was very good
Cons: beds, they were awful and extremely low to the ground as was the furniture in the room.
Location: Plenty of shopping and attractions within walking distance.
Pleasant stay overall. Food was good, people friendly. We had extra perks from VIP Silver + that were very nice, like private registration and checkout, so no lines, continental breakfast and free happy hours with drinks and appetizers all in a private top floor setting.

By the beach. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

The water was yellow and smelled badly. Our mirror didn't work. The faucet leaked all over and ruined things. Toilet wouldn't flush clean. Room was too cold and they couldn't get it warmer for us. Bad bad experience. I'd never stay there again.

Nice hotel close to beach and clubs

It's was very nice, we got all inclusive. Right by the strip of clubs. So many activities you can do in and out of the hotel !!! Everyone was so friendly !

Good stay. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that it was a little loud (I can for work but lost were there to play!)

Great place to get away

Pros: The rooms and locations were to the beach were great
Cons: Only complaint I could come up with is elevator were slow. That's a small problem I could deal with any day
Location: Great access to shopping and grocery store was on of the largest store i ever seen.
My wife and I decided to take a get away and what a great decision to good to Mexico and stay here for a few days. The staff was friendly and service was great.

Nice clean hotel, close to the beach, decent food.

Pros: Beach is right outside.
Cons: More entree choices on buffet selection.
Location: Nice location, nightlife is within walking distance.
Friendly staff, good valet service, decent food, nice beach in front, would recommend.

Great Beach View

The hotel is right on the water. We stayed on the 7th floor and had an amazing view of the water! They left us a huge plate of fruit in the room. They also left 4 free drink tickets in my passport, which unfortunately I didn't find until we were checking into our next hotel!! Our room was clean and the location was great. I did not find it too loud during our stay -- we stayed during Thanksgiving break.

Buena ubicación y buen servicio

Muy bonita estancia en cancun, valets y front desk muy amables. Solamente la gente del buffet un poco lenta y les tienes que estar hablando... no son para estar atentos a las mesas.
