Property didn’t allow us to use beach access. Also if you want room service they will never pick up the phone and reception doesn’t also pick up. Bathroom is hot and no AC. AC isn’t cold. Room was dirty. They gave only three towels and one other towel. No face wash towel. Also water bottle is so tiny. Horrible stay honestly, the hotel needs to be improved. The restaurant doesn’t even have people. When my boyfriend and I sat waiting to get served at the restaurant, more than 20 minutes no server came to us. They just ignored us so we left. I would never come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
