Recommend highly, just for the food and staff, take long pants as three restaurants require there on is actually formal ( go figure for a resort on the beach) no worry the other restaurants for us common folk was off the charts good.

5 star in every respect!

The food was excellent. The gym and spa were top notch with classes like TRX, paddle yoga, and aquatic spinning.The service was amazing focusing on every little detail. The resort credits were a nice bonus to update wine. It was definitely 5 star. Highly recommend

great service and facilities

Pros: service, food, and view
Cons: humidity can be controlled better. clothes did not dry because room was so humid. make resort credit easier to use by getting rid of restrictions
Location: go to the beach and eat
good food, view, and service. very humid though, which is a problem when you need to dry clothes resort credit is a trap. everything is overpriced, you can only use a portion of the credit towards an item, and you have to pay 16% tax on the original price.

Hotel staff was phenomenal, the only thing I have to complain is that the hotel is showing it's age. Needs to be renovated soon. And I recommend they have a fruit drink with an actual pineapple, melon, or cocoanut at the pool bar. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing service/hotel on a great beach

If you want an immaculate hotel with impeccable service that makes you feel totally pampered, you need to stay here. Lucinda, and Eliza on the beach will be there with towels & an umbrella and David and Rafael with a drink before you finish the last one. They were the best!! Jonatan, your butler is very helpful. All the staff were amazing and they really take the hotel and your stay over the top. Breakfast and lunch buffets were wonderful. Beach is great for walking with a good swimming place at the end of the point. 3 different pools with one on the beach. Only downside is no balconies unless you stay on the more expensive top floor- missed the balcony for those before dinner drinks. If you like beach view make sure you are not on the lagoon side. You will not find a better all inclusive anywhere.

The best resort

Just came back from a 5day stay at this resort and I am blown away by everything. The service is impeccable, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home and are so accomodating to your every request. The food is amazing, with the French restaurant being our favorite!! The 24 hour room service makes late night snacking (too) convenient ;) and there is a butler on every floor to help you book airport shuttles, and answer all your questions. Special shoutout to Marco from Lumiere for his amazing service, and the two butlers on the 2nd floor for their help! One of the best vacations I've had in a long time and I will definitely be going back to stay here again!! Thank you, Le Blanc.

Amazing service!!

The hotel is beautiful. They have a staff that spoils you. The restaurants are also beautiful. The food was decent. I wouldn't say 5 star but they claim it to be. I preferred the international restaurant as it didn't require reservations, was a buffet style and you could dress more casually. The hotel credit or points they offer don't buy much, but the massage was worth it.

Amazing hotel with great staff and lovely food!

Was truly a memorable experience. The hotel has a wonderful location excellent facilities great staff and amazing food. My only comment would be "what purpose do the butlers really serve ".

Best of the Best in Cancun

Pros: Le Blanc is not a super size resort. It is the perfect size. It is clean, well staffed and up-scaled.
Cons: We had a group of 16, so dinner took a bit longer then we would have liked, but on our prior visits, when there was just 4 of us, it was great.
Location: We never left the resort.
This is our third stay at Le Blanc. We had such a great time on our first 2 visits that we brought 7 other couples back to celebrate my wife's birthday. We have also stayed at the other Palace Resort properties in Cancun as well as several others. Hands down this is the best Adult only resort in Cancun. The food is great, the bar stocks premium liquor and the overall service is fantastic. The butler service is the icing on the cake.

Lets start with all the great qualities The place is clean. The food is excellent. The pools are beautiful the views are amazing. The staff service is great. The yoga classes with Ambar are very well taught. The spa is terrific and the massages are very well done. here is why they are not 5 star. After a 10 hour journey to get to the resort the last thing you want to hear is a sales pitch for Palace Premier Membership. An immediate turn off. The reason I came to the resort was to escape the constant sales pitching and unfortunately that was the first thing thrown at me. The other negative is the so called resort credits. The resort credits are in a word worthless! Example we had a couples massage and used $250 so called resort credit. "sounds great" but the truth is we gave them the resort credit and still had to pay over $190U.S. dollars for the massage and also tip on top. The massage was great but not worth nearly $450. Lastly the bathroom in the room has very little privacy I think it was poorly designed. I own 2 successful small businesses in the US and if I could make a recommendation to the management at Leblanc. it would be to not pitch for Palace Premier Membership. The property and staff sell the beautiful resort on there own. Just give a brochure. Also eliminate the resort credits and charge a reasonable fee for spa services and other extras. Less is more! Overall the resort is amazing along with the staff..
