Amazing customer service and beautiful location

The hotel staff was so courteous and attentive at all times. The room was great and our butler Joel was on top of everything. The server Raphael down at the beach area remebered all our food and beverage, likes and dislikes he took care of us fabulously. We will be booking Le Blanc and palace resorts for all our future Cancun travels. There isn't a bad view from any room we stayed in a junior suite which was simply perfect.

Beautiful! Staff was amazing! Spa is breathtaking

The staff, from the Butlers to the housekeeping, were very friendly and willing to do whatever you needed. We came to celebrate our anniversary and when we arrived our room was decorated with rose petals n a bottle of champagne on ice! Food was amazing! You can ask the chefs to make it spicy and they will for you. On the beach there's water in ice buckets on request and staff for drink n food orders. The pool has swim up bar but I didn't even use it as there's staff there also to wait on you hand and foot. There's nightly entertainment. On our last night they had decorated our table w rose petals and I asked for a special chocolate soufflé and they made it for me! Oh big thing- resort credit is divided up on what u use (spa, golf, lobster, tour) and then you pay 16%. All of your credits can not be applied to the spa for example. And then you pay 16%. Still not bad but it was a loop hole that anyone traveling there thinking u have all these credits n it will be free n it's not. But otherwise a beautiful establishment with great beach n pools! Did I mention our room was beautiful with the areomatherapy and pillow menu and the jacuzzi with rose petals!! Just beautiful!!

Best place we've stayed in Cancun

Pros: Location was central, the beach was great, the pools excellent.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: Shopping just north by a few kilometers. Dive shops and ferries to Isla Mujeres just a few kilometers away.
From check-in to check-out the best service and the best food we've had in Cancun. You can barely do anything for yourself without someone coming to take over. The pool staff was incredible. The food at the restaurants is super; very imaginative and well presented. Restaurant service is 5 star. House wines are good, and the upcharge wines are reasonable and well chosen. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to more in the future.

The select employees made it wonderful.

Marco ( French Dining ), Carlos ( Pool Waiter ), and the entire pool staff were excellent. If I could give them a raise and already miss them. The pool was beyond cold everyday, the staff other than listed above were stuffy, and I had to ask several times for the dry-cleaning, had to call to have OUR room cleaned, to get assistance with the airport transportation took six requests. Why have the application on my phone if all requests are never completed? I was never able to attend the workout classes because they only alowed 5-6 individuals at a time. ( slight frustration ) Above employees: They would be the only reason we would want to return. I would save your money and stay clear of this "top ranked" resort. We had a lot better service and amenities at The Secrets Vine, Aqua Live, and Excellence. I consider myself an easy going person with an above average household income, but I will not be returning unless I found a deal online..... if you see what I am saying. There are far better places to go. I love the sunsets and sunrises, but you can see them anywhere.

Premier all inclusive on the beach

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at le Blanca this past week. The customer service, ambiance and exceptional food made this a vacation to remember. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool, close to beach

Upgraded for free to presidential suite, service was excellent. Hotel credit was very useful and got a cabana on the beach and a massage with it. Had an excellent time.

Nice hotel

Pros: Location and amenities. Lifeguards on duty were very alert and professional.
Cons: Restaurants, especially seafood.
Location: Lots of shopping, downtown nearby.
The location, service, and amenities are great. However, I expected better food, especially seafood dishes.
