I have been to a couple of all inclusive hotels and never liked them because I always thought that the service and the quality was not there. This is not the case here. The service was impecable and the quality of the food was excellent. We only stayed one night so we only got to try a few of the restaurants and the food was spectacular. If you prefer quality over quantity, this is the place for you.
The room had an incredible view of the ocean. It is very private, you can have your curtains open and still have complete privacy. The linens are great and so is the bathroom. The beach is amazing as well, that is why you go to Cancun to begin with.
The only (2) negatives was that the Pool Level Floor had a horrible smell of mold/mildew mixed with air freshener / aromatherapy and the pillows were old and worn.
