Pros: Good food and drinks, clean and conveniently located
This was my third trip and I have to say, this was the nicest hotel I have stayed at Cancun. There are multiple dining and pool options. It is more of honeymoon or couples hotel so if you want to meet singles, probably not the best option out there. Overall, it was a good value for the money. The rack rate is pretty high if you book through the hotel site, I met some people that actually paid this high price. If you book through Expedia, you can get a great deal on this hotel.

Great Adults Only All Inclusive

Had a great time with my wife and some other couples. Service was top notch. Pools were all beautiful and the beach is excellent. My only complaint is our room was right above where a man sang at night at a bar and kept us up. He had a great voice though, so it could have been worse! So anyway, I recommend to any adults looking to have a relaxing vacation.

Great Stay

From the moment you walk in hotel you feel like you are truly on vacation. They do an amazing job relaxing you via sight, smell and greetings. The first impression was the best and cares over to the rest of the stay. This would be about my 10th time to Cancun and always wanted to stay at Live Aqua. I got my wish this time and it will be hard to stay anywhere else. The food is great. Tried all restaurants (for the exception of the steak and lobster place) and was never disappointed. The drinks are premium and like the I mentioned the food is vey high quality(can't stress that enough). I will final say dont bother paying higher prices on other all inclusiveness or go for the cheap deals at a less rated hotel. If you can afford it you won't regret it.

Great hotel great food and drinks

The whole experience was great 4th time at the same resort, only one small issue this hotel is all adult and during my stay there was a kid I say maybe 14 yrs old drinking alcohol he should not have been allowed to be in the resort period, I will go again but if I see a kid again i will defiantly won't go back for sure. ADULTS ONLY

Mi estancia no fue lo que pensaba no es un hotel 5 estrellas le falta limpieza en la piscina y en las habitaciones ,en el bar que habré asta la 1:00am el olor no es agradable las sodas,cerveza y aguas te las dan caliente el servicio no es bueno execto Damian que trabaja en el bar de la piscina ,Jaime ,Marisol alex el muchacho que nos recibió cuando llegamos al hotel el Manager de alex no sé cómo se llama pero es muy profesional y José Antonio el chef ejecutivo es muy profesional y excelente persona gracias a los que mencione mi estancia fue mejor

A fantastic hotel

Cons: The timeshare stuff, it really is beneath a hotel of this caliber. If people are interested, they can find you. Stop acting like used car salesman
I read hundreds of reviews so I want to make sure to give back to others who obsessively read reviews like me. This hotel is unbelievable. The food was amazing! Definitely not the way we usually eat, more like never ending tapas, but the food and the presentation were outstanding. We enjoyed it because the servings were so small that you could enjoy a 4 or 5 course meal without walking away uncomfortably full. The service was almost always outstanding. A few things that could have been a bit better: * breakfast service at Siete was not always the best. The people that worked there were a little loud and would talk over the customers in Spanish. This was the ONLY service we had anywhere that was not topnotch but it was a little annoying first thing in the morning. * the time share stuff is annoying. The "Conciege" desk is really the timeshare desk. We had a very aggressive woman come introduce herself as our "personal conceive". There were 6 of us and all of our icky meters went up immediately. The first day we just wanted to go to the beach and she kept talking. I did NOT appreciate the manipulation. We got rid of her by day 3 but were approached by several other "concierges" over the rest of the trip. Every guest we spoke to had similar experiences. Besides these few things, it really was amazing. We were upgraded to an Aqua Suite because the room we reserved wasn't available when we arrived. It was just spectacular!

Excellent hotel

Pros: The calming feeling that was everywhere you went. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are visually lovely. They rake the beach and keep it very clean
Cons: They need more entertainment in the evening. It was minimal. Competing hotels do have more entertainment at night.
Location: There is an excellent mall opposite the hotel if you want to stroll. It has a marina and an aquarium.
This was our second visit to Live Aqua. It was as beautiful as we remembered. The staff were just wonderful wherever you were on the resort. The food was a very high standard in all the restaurants for an all inclusive.
