nice hotel, great location

Pros: location, cleanliness, staff and food
Cons: i noticed things that need fixing like poor caulking job in the bathroom, unpatched holes in the tiles,visible paint touch ups
Location: great, la isla is there another mall close by, bus station close by
great location, beatiful beach, clean ocean, warm water. hotel need some small upgrades and maitenance. restaurant experiance was great. my favorite was "mb" with best stuff and great cheff. deffinitely recommending this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Live Aqua. The room and grounds were on par with the best we have ever experienced. Valarie with hospitality was very welcoming and invited us to a chef's tasting dinner. The pools were fabulous and the beach was very inviting. We at at MB the first night and enjoyed the flavors and presentation. Se

The hotel staff are second to none... The spa receptionists were all clueless (dealt with 4 of them). Food was a hit or miss, not the best quality in every restaurant. Servers were so great!

Excellente!!

Pros: The food, the service, the location
Cons: Television channels
Location: The Luxury mall is right across the street and another one is only a 5 minute walk.
Beautiful resort, excellent food, excellent customer service. We got a free upgrade to an oceanfront room with a private terrace and a $200 resort credit (this was advertised on Expedia). We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets at Siete. We also really enjoyed the grilled food outside by the pool (no name). Dinner at Azur was okay and we didn't try MB because they didn't allow shorts and one in my group had on shorts. The drinks were exactly what was expected with all inclusive so take plenty of tequila shots!! I know most don't plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel but if you are English speaking and like to watch TV, you'll only find about 7 English channels. They do have a DVD player in the room. And for those that are health conscious and concerned about all the food you'll be eating, there is a great gym and a scale in every room!

The best in Cancun

The pool area and beach are the best in Cancun. The staff were very accommodating. The resort is in proximity to everything on the strip.

Close to the Shopping Centers, Lots of pools

The hotel was nice, pretty clean. Across the streets are nice shops. The only thing is that the buffet food/ dishes are the same every lunch and dinner. I've stayed in one hotel in the area every lunch and dinner are different each day.

From check in to check out the best vacation we ever experience Mario concierge fantastic jonathan in siete excellent chef Francisco poot very professional bought us different dishes to try wish I took notes of everyones name I will next time to give them credit jonathan at siete unbelieble service thank you all we will return
