Stunning setting, a magical paradisePosted Oct 31, 2015
Pros: The hotel was stunning and exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent and staff were incredibl.
Cons: The spa was world class but did seem expensive considering we were staying there -no discount applied.
Location: Nearby to Cancun facilities such as diving jet skiing, shopping et. We visited Isla Mujeras, Coba and Chichen Itza.
We went as a family of 4. We wanted a mix of beach time and site seeing. The children enjoyed the kids club as well as playing in the pool and picture perfect beaches.

Pleasant surprisePosted Oct 27, 2015
The overall quality of the resort is outstanding, foodwise very good, attention to details and service are top quality, dont think twice when going to Cancun, the hotel is amazing in every way, dot expect it to be in the Cancun hotel mainstream, it s location is nice but far away from the more comercial areas. Thanks!

An excellent resort, a great findPosted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Service, facilities, food
Cons: Communication prior to arrival about the room details
Location: Xcaret is 45 mins away but well worth a visit. Downtown Cancun has some excellent bards and restaurants.
The hotel staff could not do any more to make your stay a truly memorable experience. The food in all restaurants is first class and the hotel has lots of different areas to explore and relax in. The location is good if you want to explore more of real Mexico but not great of you just want to stay near the hotel strip.

Best Hotel EVER for relaxation and Zen get awayPosted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: Great Hotel design that embraces the outdoors. 5 Star restaurants . Friendly and attentive staff. Quiet and relaxing. Private beach & activies
Location: Situated on the beginning of the hotel zone closest to the airport quick to get to. Private setting. Plenty of activities - paddle board, kayak, yoga
We recently returned from a 8 day stay at Nizuc. It was the best experience ever. Even though the weather did not cooperate and it rained almost everyday there was no better place to stay and enjoy the elements of Cancun and mother nature. To start off upon arrival we were kindly greeted with warm smiles and the Nizuc salute ( hand across the heart). We had stayed here in August on a overnight return flight from Cuba for one day and had such a great experience we vowed to return. The hotel is fairly new ( 2 years?) and well designed to embrace it's location in Cancun. The hotel is located at the start of hotel zone and you feel quite removed and isolated from the crazy bumper to bumper hotel corridor. While on the private beach you have to try really hard to see another hotel close by. When I go on vacation I like to be able to relax and unwind and Nuzuc is the perfect place for us to do just that. The 5 resturants they have on premise are all amazing and the hardest part of the stay is deciding where to eat . The service and food are world class and 5 star worthy. We did venture outside the hotel one day and my wife and I looked at each other to ask why we would ever want to leave our little piece of paradise at Nuzuc. On arrival we were greeted by Margarite who took A-1 care of us the whole time and even invited us to a private complimentary wine and cheese pairing put on by the hotel sommelier Oscar. Great wine tasting of some amazing Mexican wines from the various region

Best Mexican Beach Hotel there is!Posted Sep 29, 2015
Cons: The garden pool villas were not very "stroller accessible" since you had to push your stroller on pebbles and it was hard not to get stuck.
Location: We did not leave the hotel.
I have stayed at the Rosewood Mayakoba, Maroma... and other great resorts in the Riviera Maya and I found this hotel to exceed all the others. The amount of "beach view" the hotel has is incomparable. There are four restaurants we really enjoyed especially the breakfast buffet is top notch! You must try the "cochinita pibil" tacos and the crepes with cajeta. Breakfast also included mimosas, bloody marys and screwdrivers... we had a lot of rain during our stay, so we really took our time eating! We also tried the Peruvian restaurant which was ok, but the view was amazing, as well as Ramona, the mexican fusion restaurant and the Italian restaurant (the most casual one of all). We were unable to try the "adults only" punta restaurant, but did go take a look and it looked like such a cool experience, hidden above a small cliff up in the jungle. We will need to go back without kids to try it! They have an amazing kids club which my kids absolutely loved. They had different daily activities like making necklaces, making cupcakes, breaking a pinata... They can also lend you beach toys for the kids to use at the beach. We had a Garden Pool Villa with Pavilion and it was great for our family with 3 kids (all under the age of 3), the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to get all the needed arrangement for the kids. They even provided bathrobes and slippers for the kids. The service at this hotel is amazing!! I will definitely be coming back

ExcelentPosted Sep 29, 2015
Cons: The beach is not a remarkable one.
Location: Restaurants and night life are not so far, but you need cabs or buses to reach them.
The hotel is located a bit far from others, but it's not a problem because you'll not need to get out. Service is World Class, and instalations enough to spend 100% of your time there. Four or five high class restaurants with high quality level and different cuisines. Cordiality and education of personal are impressive. It was a great choice for a long weekend there.
