Cancun is very humid so ac didn't seem to keep up

Pros: good location.
Cons: food and free internet
Location: plenty of shopping around.
I had a pleasant stay but it was shocking that the hotel charges for internet access. Did not like that but I had to pay since I had no choice.

Beautiful resort - not so beautiful room

Pros: Extremely clean and wonderful staff
Cons: Maybe give the customer fare warning before being placed in the rooms by the noisy restaurant
Really pleased with everything at this resort except the location of our room, which is what unfortunately brings down its rating. We were on the bottom floor in one of 4 rooms that are situated right opposite one of the restaurants. Until about 11pm at night, every night, all we could hear was the smashing of pots, pans and plates as the staff were washing up after dinner. The sound echoed off the walls and floors as the hallways are tiled not carpeted. Everything outside the room was pleasant however this put a bit of a damper on our stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Pools need to stay open later. Dinning staff needs to be friendly ALL days of the week. Be better at refilling water. It was a fun and great time.

Great value.

Pros: Friendly staff and location.
Cons: A larger workout facility and better alcohol choices.
Location: Hector at the tequila distillery across the street is a blast. Shopping & grocery store adjacent to resort. Huge shopping area within 10 min walk
Facility was better than I expected. Staff is wonderful. Not a buffet fan but I must say they had a nice selection of fresh salads and healthy food options. Alcohol choices are a bit limited. Location is great. Very safe to wonder off the ground and explore different restaurants and shops. Alexi who works the pool and beach area delivering cocktails is about the sweetest hardest working person you will ever meet. Tip her well!

nice beach

Location: hotel zone convinient
the beach is very nice and easy access, the restaurant where you have to make a reservation is very nice specially the staff that works at la tratoria. NO A/C IN THE SPA! youll drench insweat just a few minutes inside it its very hot! stained sheets and sticky floors, fake advertising on $500 resort credit while booking be careful, it is useless

Family vacation

It was our first trip to cancun with family. We all enjoyed it very much. Nice hotel, clean, excellent activities at pool which kept everyone very busy otherwise I was worried about my teenagers. Food could have been little better. Nice programs in theater specially the magic show was amazing. Will go again.

Great location, but a huge disappointment.

Pros: Location, but there are so many other hotels to choose from, don't make the same mistake I did.
Cons: Cleanliness in rooms & pool areas, hot or atleast warm food. There is no shade areas on beach to sit.
Location: lots of shopping, grocery store and restaurants to go to, all within walking distance.
My family did one week at this resort, here is my review: Pros: Great location, adults pool and nice beach. Cons: Condition and cleanliness lack in this hotel. The buffet restaurants were cramped, the food was disappointing, and cold. The a la carte restuarants (3) were decent but not stellar, and the air conditioning was on so high it was too cold to enjoy the meal. Our booking included a $500 in resort credit, obviously there's a catch! This credit was up to $500, IF you bought a beach side evening supper you got 15% off, 10% off WIFI for the week, and 20% off something else. Quite misleading, not really my idea of a $500 resort credit. With all the hotel options along the strip I would highly recommend selecting another resort.

Great Vacation Location

Food was good, drinks were great! However, I could do without certain employees pushing Time Share property.
